She was very helpful in finding me a room after the motel I had reserved had no one there to check me in. She found s place that allowed pets at a much higher rate, but it was fine. When I got there, the desk clerk said the did not have any pet rooms available. Only certain rooms there are allowed to have pets So now I have to fight to be reimbursed for this charge. I ended up on an ait mattress at my brother's house. I don't know why she didn't ensure that she was reserving a pet room when she knew I had a pet.

I worked with the agent to make sure my booking was fully refundable and he assured me it was. I called the next day to cancel and they are telling me this is a non refundable reservation and denied a refund request. Either the rep was wrong or the company's policies are fraudulent.
Maria was very patient, professional and helpful.
She searched for a room that would give me the best value which I greatly appreciated.

Rep was a bit curt. Additionally prices are higher when booked through the reservation desk vs online. Definately will not book via reservation desk.👎🏾

I called for a last minute emergency reservation for a room for a one night stay.I'm a Lieutenant on a local Fire Dept and returned home from duty to a power outage. Being that I have to go back on duty tomorrow it was imperative that I get a room tonight. Vanessa was absolutely amazing! She listened patiently and was very sympathetic to my dilemma-diligently searched for any available rooms and found one in my area.
