I called for a last minute emergency reservation for a room for a one night stay.I'm a Lieutenant on a local Fire Dept and returned home from duty to a power outage. Being that I have to go back on duty tomorrow it was imperative that I get a room tonight. Vanessa was absolutely amazing! She listened patiently and was very sympathetic to my dilemma-diligently searched for any available rooms and found one in my area. She was very professional and polite and gave a customer connection with me as if we was family. She is a valued asset to your company.Bravo Vanessa a job very well done!

I believed I had selected a direct phone link to the hotel. Corinne, the agent I spoke with did not identify herself as anything different. When I asked if they offered a military discount, she replied, that they did not, but that she would attempt to get me the best price possible. Now, the email I received, appears to show two individual charges. I'm hoping I didn't get ripped off beyond the excessive room rental. A third party should NOT be able to book a room, without identifying themselves...bad business practice!
Lauren was super fast, extremely knowledgeable & very helpful in booking my reservation - she even assisted with securing another hotel nearby! Awesome service, thank you!

Initially my experience was somewhat complexing due to the unfamiliar reservations requirements as a Gold Member. But, the young man was very understanding and did an excellent job in getting my registration that was more than satisfactory to me as a Gold Member.

25 seconds to connect to reservations office, been put on hold up to 90 mins, just to find out "no availability" for 14-16 June. Frustrating to be put on hold for so long a time.
