How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at HotelPlanner?

It is impossible to reach any human at HP's customer service department. When I left voice messages and sent emails they ignored me for 3 months. I finally had to get Visa involved in order to get partial credit from HP after they charged me for 3 nights when I stayed only 1 night. Deceitful and despicable outfit!

When you call the 1-800 number, you are put on hold for 5 minutes then a recording comes on saying all specialists are busy but leave your name and number and a specialist will call you back. I've been waiting 4 days now!

It is nearly impossible to get someone to help you via telephone. I am able to connect with online chat, but have yet to receive a solution and am asked to provide the same information each time which gets me nowhere.

Absolutely NOT.............I have tried contacting them and their prompts do not get me anywhere
