I've purchased a few items from HCC and I've been pleased so far with the items that I've found and purchased! Beautiful items, great selection and great prices.
The best thing is that the quality matches the price points! The descriptions of the items are very accurate as well.The furniture looks amazing! I had it delivered and put together. It was nice to have it scheduled the day I wanted, and it was done really quickly.

I've completely enjoyed shopping HomeCinemaCenter. I usually find what I am looking for. Shopping other site I ten to More often than not I find what I wasn't looking for. HCC has a great selection. So far the quality of everything purchased has been amazing! All orders have been received in great condition. Shipping has been fast.The carrier they used have been stellar.

I searched for days online for smaller leather recliners that would be pretty and comfortable and would blend with colors in a gold rug. I finally found them at HCC.

They are called "Camel" but I think Cafe Au Lait would be a better descriptor. They are beautiful and comfy. The experience was excellent all the way through including white glove set up in my Living Room.

This company is garbage. I received damaged product and missing parts to a chair. When I called in about the guy was very rude. I sent an emailed as requested and it took days for an response. I reported the company to the BBB and they replied the delay was because I committed forgery on the delivery paperwork because I only stated on my paperwork that the box was damaged and not the product, and that they reported me to the local authorities... lol. Okay, but then they issued me a partial credit. Hmmm if I broke the law then why did yall issue me a credit. Makes no sense to me. Don't waste your time and money buying from this horrible and rude company.

Our 10 year old living room set needed to be replaced. I searched all the local stores and the usual online furniture sites. Everything I found was way more than I wanted to spend. Then I found HCC. I found the sofa and loveseat recliner set that I wanted and for a great price.

Shipping was very reasonable considering it came all the way across the US. the company kept me up to date by email. Arrived in perfect condition and we are thrilled with the comfort. I will do business with them again. Thank you!

Great Experience all around! Great experience on the phone with knowledgeable HCC staff - Alison. On-line shopping experience was smooth and great in stock selection. The order process was quick and easy. As well as the prices were the best that I could find online or in stores. Order arrived very quick and the delivery guys were the best. Thank you guys so much. The furniture came in crates and unassembled. The delivery guy refused to open the crates and left the pallet. One piece of furniture was lost and when I called customer service, the guy was rude, and when I asked to speak to management, he hung up. I had to challenge the charge on my credit card because the piece of furniture was never found, and the company did not bother to update me. Beware of doing business with this company.

I don't know who the jerk is they hired to answer the phones, but he needs to be Fired! You can't ask a question because he hangs up on you. And, if he is the owner he needs to go back to business school to learn how to talk to people. No customer appreciation! The guy who answers the phone is an a__h____. I will never buy anything from this place! Before you order just call and see. When I asked to speak to someone else, he just hung up on me. I was hung up on 6-8 times. Nothing wrong with the phone. Just sucky customer service!

I have been very pleased with hcc. I have furnished a few rooms with items as well as my patio, and hcc has been very good to work with, the quality is very good for the price, and I love what I have bought. I cant wait to furnish another room

They really went out of there to help me with my purchase. I had trouble finidng the set I wanted and searched for hours. I called customer service and they quickly found what I was looking for when I described it.

They kept me informed every step of the way and gave me a direct phone number to call my rep if I needed anything.
I also really liked the shipping company they used. The delivery man took the time to put the pallet somewhere safe and out of the weather and was very nice about the extra work.

You can't beat their free shipping on a bedroom set either. Saved me lots of money and when you are on a limited income, every dollar counts.
I've not had a chance to get someone to put the bed together, but from what I can see of it, it looks very well made.
The bedroom set is simply beautiful and extremely well made. The construction seems better than anything I found in the stores and it just simply gorgeous.

My wife bought some furniture and one of the furniture came damaged and I called and also emailed several times they said that they were going to replace and fixed but now they brocket my phone number and don't respond to my email or my phone call's I do not recommend this store when you buy something they are very nice but but if you need help with you order forget about they will not help you is almost 2 years and response I keep emailing them but nothing.

I ordered a recliner that I had been saving up for over 2 years. I don't have much money. Life is hard for me. But I need that particular chair for the depth because I sleep in a chair. I have a bad back and can't sleep in a bed. My chair arrived 2 days ago. Came in 2 pieces. No damages, but when I put it together I realized it's the wrong chair! I called to speak with customer service, i eplained what happened and he rushed me off the phone. He wasn't even listening to me. He literally started fussing at me. I guess they do not have a return or exchange policy. If you receive the wrong item, then that's just tough. I have been crying for 2 days now. I could never order from them again. Now I've gotta look for a chair from somewhere else because I need one bad!

Thank you for helping me to combine my purchase on a payment plan and my credit card. The rep was very knowledgeable on how to do this. I tried a couple of stores on this purchase and wasn't successful because the rep didn't know how to complete a split transaction.
