The product looked the same as the picture, the feel of the fabric was very thick and luxurious. The sectional looks wonderful in my house. Home Cinema Center delivery was quick. Customer Service was responsive to every question. Will definitely order with them again.

This was my first time ordering furniture online and HomeCinemaCenter made it such a good experience I will be ordering more from them in the near future. I highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking to do their buying online.

Initially I felt comfortable with ordering from this site. I should have done more checking on ratings with this company. I have not as of yet received item ordered. When I called to inquire about the item I was told to check with the shipper. As if Home Cinema Center has washed their hands of it. Doesn't give a buyer much confidence in the validity of this company. Not only was the CUSTOMER SERVICE agent inept in answering my questions he was also rude and hung up on me. BEWARE BEFORE ordering. Chances are if you can find an item on this site there are probably a dozen or more sites selling the same item who are far more deserving of the order. Customer service is everything!

I am extremely satisfied with the model I chose, after considering many different sets. The finish and design is vintage and can merely match with anything. The structure
Of the drawers was all dovetail and is very sturdy, as well as the queen panel. I appreciate the detailed emails with updates on the status of shipment. Product was just as advertised. I am Very satisfied.

The Sectionals HCC sells are very nice and true to written about them. Colors are very accurate, and materials are extremely comfortable.

Customer Service staff is verify helpful. And even with shipping and still cheaper to buy from HCC than any less original furniture in my local town. Despite one small shipping hiccups I had with my order quickly. I still go back and plan to furnish the rest of my house soon. Would highly recommend!

I purchased a executive desk, lateral file, and wall of bookshelves from HomeCInemaCenter and I had the best experience. The quality and price were exceptional, the pre delivery communication was excellent... not excessive, but I always knew where we were in the process. And the delivery and installation was done by highly professional installers. The hardware for the desk was missing, and they got it to me pronto. When I had difficulty with the screws, which I thought were too short (turns out they weren't), they sent me longer ones, which I feel are more secure. I have found HomeCinemaCenter excellent on every level and highly recommend them.

I Ordered a large 4 piece tv stand with a fireplace. The box had a little damage, so before I opened the box I called them. They had amazing customer service. They explained what to do, if the product was damaged. The product wasn't damaged, and was exactly has shown on the site.

Over all had a pleasant experience with this company and would order again. The delivery company was excellent as well and set everything up in my room. Thanks!

Horrible customer service and really rude. They're selling items they don't actually have. I bought a set and all I got was an email saying the sale was made and is being processed. Three days later I called wanting to know the status of my item and they said they'd get in touch with me about it. 7 days later... no contact. Two days after that I called them and they said: "tomorrow we'll let you know." Tomorrow came and they didn't contact me. So I called them again and this time they said, "you don't need to call again we have you on a list." After being put on hold I was told my item was on backorder for two months. I canceled. This company shows you really low prices but can't deliver it in a reasonable amount of time and doesn't even give you a status.

I was very pleased with my purchase on Home Cinema Center and would highly recommend. I bought a Catnapper sectionalnot a small item. Home Cinema beat my local department stores price by $400, and delivered the sectional in just two weeks. The local guys wanted 3-4 months. That made up my mind immediately

After the purchase was made I was called with questions regarding shipment and then received calls from the shipping company which delivered without incident.

Thank you for helping me to combine my purchase on a bread finance plan and my credit card. The rep was very knowledgeable on how to do this. I tried a couple of stores on this purchase and wasn't successful because the rep didn't know how to complete a split transaction. HCC was great with helping me. I wish I would have read the reviews before ordering a $1,400 chair from this place. As mentioned by other customers 20 times below Mark the only person that seems to work there has to be the rudest person in retail. The guy needs to find a profession where he doesn't have to talk to people. If anybody knows if he is the owner or who the owner is please post it as they need to know this guy is costing them business. Anything on their website can be bought from 20 other websites and if I were you I would.
