I would never buy furniture online until I discovered Home CInema Center. I found exactly what I was looking for on their site, and it was by far the best price anywhere.
Customer service was greatly helpful. I've already recommended homecinemacenter.com to friends who are looking for furniture and hadn't considered buying furniture online.

I see reviews for other stores complaining that it took two months to receive their furniture. Not here., I received my furniture in just a week. Thats amazing considering how big it is and shippng across country. Thank you!

Very poor customer service. I reported damage upon receipt of the bedroom suite I ordered. The delivery driver noted on the Packing list that the one piece (dresser) had been compromised and the side was gouged. I took pictures with my phone since neither of us had a camera handy. These pictures showed the damage well enough to ascertain the dresser surely didn't arrive in excellent condition. I was told to take more pictures, of the whole dresser... with what? My phone? I told them I don't have a camera so now I need to go buy a camera and I best hurry up if I'm going to make their deadline. I told them they can come take all the pictures they need, just contact me first. Now I'm being told if I file claim they will sue me with a civil suite... now that's customer service! They're a scam.

Love everything about Hcc! I especially appreciate it allows for customer reviews on the items as well as pics people have taken so we can view the products in homes. Reading the reviews is so helpful! Especially when purchasing furniture and decor you aren't seeing in person! Everything I've ever ordered has arrived even faster than projected and love the free shipping, which is a huge thing when ordering heavy bulky furniture! I've ordered home items from many other sites and always seem to come back to hcc! Don't hesitate to order from them!

I was looking for a good price and excellent service while purchasing a new sectional. Julie at Home Cinema Center is all that! I love my new sectional recliner and even more, the extended warranty they included at no charge! Shipping company was amazing and delivered in just a week.

Amazing service! As a former wayfair devotee, I was hesitant to order from a new (for me) vendor. Yet wayfair did not carry the sofa set my wife had been asking for all year for her birthday, so I ordered from HCC (they had the item at the lowest cost of any vendor). When received there was i cracked foot on the chair. Customer service requested email. Fine... I received an almost immediate email back from customer service. I was asked to photograph the damaged foot and email a picture. Got it delivered within days.

For someone who doesn't like change and who has serious trust issues, HCC has completely won me over. And my wifes dreams - christmas present wound up not being a great decision after all.

Ordered a desk... paid for a desk... received shipping information, two weeks went by and nothing had come... called shipper and they had no record of any shipment being placed to them for me... told me this has happened before... called Home Cinema Center... human answered phone, said he couldn't help me... suggested I try again tomorrow. I asked if Home Cinema Center was a real business, as I was worried because the tracing number they had given me wasn't even close to the type the shipper used... he hung up. I'll update this post and the ones I leave on yelp, etc... if and when this gets resolved.

Exceptional customer service! I did receive one piece with missing screws due to shipping. But customer service had the parts over nighted to me. And the issue was resolved immediately and successfully leaving me a happy customer. Their dining table set is beautiful And even with shipping fees still cheaper to buy from HCC than store in my area. The ordering process was simple, customer service amazing, and delivery crew impeccable. I cannot say enough. Will be back again for sure!

Never deal with crooks. They buy good but somewhat damaged furniture for cheap and sell it like perfect brand new items. They request clients not to refuse delivery of damaged stuff but take notes, pictures etc and send it to them. They will refuse to replace or refund the damaged stuff but will offer some repairs instead. So you already paid high price for brand new furniture but you are left with repaired stuff having lower value than you paid for. You can file a chargeback but you have to send the furniture back to this company in the original packing otherwise your chargeback will be rejected until you are in possession of their furniture. This is how their business works. I know a number of folks getting into this trap (including myself).

These Catnapper recliners exceeded all of my expectations! The quality construction has the imports beat, hands-down. I chose a couple of the larkin power chairs. Delivery was early; assembly was not needed and two well-packed pieces. The price was better than the local stores I checked out, and the value over imports was unbeatable. Home Cinema Center was very helpful in answering my questions ahead of time, making it easy to do so and delivering answers quickly. Thanks!

I love my new, Catnapper recliners, and they have exceeded my expectations! The quality construction has the imports and Lane beat, hands-down. I chose the Larkin recliners.
