My husband is a big/tall man (6' 2" and weighs around 265 lbs), so I was skeptical about ordering these beings no weight capacity limit was shown and the size of the recliners were a bit smaller than the Lazy Boys they would be replacing.

After reading many "great" online reviews about them, I decided to take the chance and purchase two of the manual recliners (without the extension seat or wedge).

Both my husband and I couldn't be more pleased with the quality (very well made)and comfort of these recliners! He can sit very comfortably in them even when his legs are outstretched. I LOVE them because they really support my lower back and neck (which were injured in a vehicle accident years ago), and the fact that I can sit in them for long periods of time without ever feeling uncomfortable!

We were also very satisfied with Home Cinema Centers customer service and the delivery company they use for shipping! Great shopping experience!

This was an excellent experience all around. They were the best price I could find. They also kept me up to date with my order via email.
Shipping company was perfect and delivered righ tto my room. My family loves the new sectional. Its so comfortable. I will definitely be using them again.

That guy was so rude and unprofessional.
It was simple question like: What state are you all based out of?
How long for shipping? Product information?
Finally I asked for a manager or corporate number. The guy I assume his name is Mark is a idiot! He would not give me any information and he disconnected the call!

HCC has amazing deals on bedroom sets and some of the best I have found online. I have ordered 2 sets and they came in beautiful. Order arrived in faster than expected. Customer service has been a pleasure to deal with about all of my questions about shipping to product details. 5 Stars all the way!

The hall tree, coffee table, cubbies with hooks, over door hooks -- so far everything we've gotten via HCC has been as described. We spend quite a lot on HCC staff time getting answers (is this furniture solid wood, what wood exactly, what is the weight limit on this chair or that love seat, how are returns handled, etc. etc, etc) with the result that we have never had to use their generous return policy. We will get more things here for sure.

HomeCinemaCenter was super easy and very convenient! We looked at places like Ashley and were saw great pieces of furniture but were way overpriced. Ashley also charged some ridiculous fee for delivery. We started looking around google to see if we could find the same furniture online. Ordered bunk beds on December 7th as was told I would get before Christmas as this was a Santa gift for my 2 and 5 year olds. Was told 3 different times it will ship "tomorrow." After speaking to the same guy today (3 business days before Christmas) he was rude, acted as though he didn't care, could not guarantee delivery and hung up on us! Calls then went into voicemail! Had to file a payment claim with PayPal for a refund. Starting to think this company is bogus!

Ordered a furniture, it was damaged. Called customer.er service and the guy on phone was extremely rude told me to send email. I think he one of the owners otherwise he wouldhve get fired long time ago. After I disputed charges they send me replacement piece. It took overall 1month tho resolve the issue.
A lot of positive reviews here and on Google are fake, that's how they got my business. Go someplace else or you will be like me waiting for a month to get you order right.

The service is impeccable. I was a little worried about buying such a big ticket item online. Mike and the team at homecinemacenter kept me informed every step of the way. I knew when the furniture left the warehouse. I had the phone number of the local delivery service accepting the furniture and was called about the delivery date. The delivery itself was awesome. They unwrapped, took tags off and placed the furniture exactly where I wanted it. I've already recommended them to friends.

I've purchased a few pieces of furniture through HCC and have been completely satisfied with the quality, service, and fast shipping time. I have yet to be disappointed.

What an outstanding experience

Bought a $2200 living room set, Sofa came damaged, Shipper and I both took pictures of the damage (box was shredded as was the corner of the couch, underneath).
Immediately called HCC. They indicated that, since I didn't follow directions (by notating the damage on the delivery receipt) there wasn't anything they could do. No empathy. No trying to resolve even though the shipper had proof at delivery the couch was damaged.
In the process of having my credit card company get involved to reverse the charges. In the meantime, charging them $50/day storage fee until they pick up their damaged stuff.

Still waiting on my bed to ship. Status has said its processing, when I called to check the status of the order, they were very rude told me they could not help me and to check the website and then hung up on me. Don't buy from this company

I would never buy furniture online until I discovered Home CInema Center. I found exactly what I was looking for on their site, and it was by far the best price anywhere.
Customer service was greatly helpful. I've already recommended homecinemacenter.com to friends who are looking for furniture and hadn't considered buying furniture online.

I see reviews for other stores complaining that it took two months to receive their furniture. Not here., I received my furniture in just a week. Thats amazing considering how big it is and shippng across country. Thank you!

Very poor customer service. I reported damage upon receipt of the bedroom suite I ordered. The delivery driver noted on the Packing list that the one piece (dresser) had been compromised and the side was gouged. I took pictures with my phone since neither of us had a camera handy. These pictures showed the damage well enough to ascertain the dresser surely didn't arrive in excellent condition. I was told to take more pictures, of the whole dresser... with what? My phone? I told them I don't have a camera so now I need to go buy a camera and I best hurry up if I'm going to make their deadline. I told them they can come take all the pictures they need, just contact me first. Now I'm being told if I file claim they will sue me with a civil suite... now that's customer service! They're a scam.
