Delivery of Parker house Sectional from HomeCinemaCenter.com was very fast! It looks amazing and much better than it did online! The color and type of fabric are exactly what I was hoping for! I did a lot of searching for the perfect couch. And I mean, every day for about a month after I moved in. I wasn't explicitly looking for the perfect cloud couch dupe, but I definitely found it with the Jackson Posh Sectional. The material is soft, the down inside the cushions stays plush and it just looks much higher end than the price tag gives off.

It arrived with a big stain on the outside of one of the corner pieces and because I didn't keep the packaging, not much could be done, understandably so. To do the best they could, they offered a discount to what we paid and I was happy with that. Lisa, the customer service rep, was quick with her responses and informative throughout the process. I'm thrilled with the purchase.

Ordered two Coaster ******* Deluxe Recliners for $632.14; came defective. The company gave us the runaround, first with who to contact, and then said they would not stand behind the problem with the arm seam separation and told us to contact a furniture medic to repair the chair. Fortunately our credit card company helped us with this dispute but it took 5 months with numerous emails and pictures of the defective chair before the issue was resolved.

This site has amazing deals on bedroom sets and some of the best I have found online. I have ordered 2 sets and they came in beautiful. Order arrived in faster than expected. Customer service has been wonderful with all of my questions about shippng to product details.

From answering questions before I ordered to the delivery and setup this was an easy and pleasant process. After hearing in the news about issues concerning delays in production I was a bit reluctant however my experience was nothing like that. Delivery was very quick and everything was right on point.

The pricing was fair, the bedroom set is excellent, the delivery was seamless and the customer service has been second to none. I will definitely be ordering from HCC again.

I usually do not buy furniture online because you never know what you will get but I just loved this style so I went for it. I am so happy I did because it looks just like the pics online and it is super high quality wood for the price! I was moving into a new place and was looking to do a update on our furniture. I knew what I wanted, but going through an on-line retailer made me a little nervous. The prices were good and they did offer some great financing so i took a risk.

The folks at HCC went out of their way to help me with my purchase.
Because I was using money from a grant, I had to send a cashier's check which made it hard to use a coupon code since they expire in only a few days. They held my check until a new code was available and then applied that. They saved me nearly $200 by doing this.

They kept me informed every step of the way and gave me a direct phone number to call my rep if I needed anything.

I also really liked the shipping company they used, Estes. The delivery man took the time to put the pallet somewhere safe and out of the weather and was very nice about the extra work.
You can't beat their free shipping either. Saved me lots of money and when you are on a limited income, every dollar counts.

Furniture looks very well made.
