The folks at HCC went out of their way to help me with my purchase.
Because I was using money from a grant, I had to send a cashier's check which made it hard to use a coupon code since they expire in only a few days. They held my check until a new code was available and then applied that. They saved me nearly $200 by doing this.

They kept me informed every step of the way and gave me a direct phone number to call my rep if I needed anything.

I also really liked the shipping company they used, Estes. The delivery man took the time to put the pallet somewhere safe and out of the weather and was very nice about the extra work.
You can't beat their free shipping either. Saved me lots of money and when you are on a limited income, every dollar counts.

Furniture looks very well made.

I love my bedroom set. It's even prettier in person! It's incredibly luxurious and surpasses my expectations. It's expensive but well worth the money paid. Amanda in customer service was amazing and answered all of my questions. A++

You don't think they have horrible customer service, just call the store and tell the guy answering the phone you have a problem with a online order, I promise he will change you mind about buying from them, they sent me the wrong bed and I'm stuck with it

I am delighted with my purchase and overall buying experience. I bought 8 seaters dining table set. The staff was always available to respond to my questions, even on the weekends. Once I placed my order, I was kept up to date with the progress of my order and delivery. The delivery came within the time frame that I was originally told when placing the order.

My husband and I wanted a very specific couch and sofa that we feel in love with at a showcase apartment. We searched for two years to find the exact brand and model, which we did, but it was out of my budget. But then I stumbled across homecinemacenter who had the exact same brand. We purchase a sofa and love seat for less that the sofa alone was going to cost. I ordered it on 5/6/2023 on line, was told 4 to 6 weeks, and received it today 5/20/2023 which is only 2 weeks!

The White Glove delivery service completed delivery during the agreed upon schedule,the furniture was in perfect condition and they took all of the packaging with them when they left. Special kudos to Amanda and Jelica for answering numerous questions, processing the order and coordinating with the delivery firm. I would highly recommend HCC to anyone that wants quick delivery and great furniture.

I am going to save my comments for my own review... stay tuned... I did order white glove delivery and when the delivery company called me to set up the delivery they informed me that white glove delivery meant they dump the delivery in one's garage and you can pray for the best. Why would anyone pay for a service that isn't one. If a person could lift and assemble and return if damaged their delivery then why would they need white glove... each time i called the number to home cinema center, the same man would answer in the worst tone I have ever heard. When i asked about my delivery he said that his business was closed. I asked why are you answering and he proceeded to say goodnight and hung up. Seriously... these people need to be ashamed of themselves.

I had one of the best experiences with HomeCinemaCenter. Their customer service is superb, their prices are unbeatable. I live in a 3rd floor walk up and the delivery guys delivered my sofa and bedroom set up to the 3rd floor free of charge.

Not only that, but i had asked to remove my previous sofa and put it on the curb and they did it, considering that the old sofa had to be broken into pieces in order to be carried out.

I'm so happy that I chose this company and will definitely buy from them in the future, they got themselves a repeat customer now!
