Ordered a jacket for my husband late October that was too small. Due to hustle and bustle of the holidays and school, I just got around to exchanging it last weekend. Went to one mall that did not have the correct size so we went to get store credit and order it online (which had his size). Because we were past the 30 day return policy, we could only do in store exchanges. They don't give store credit. We could not order the correct size online with store credit. WHAT. I'm literally saying I will still give you my money, I would just like the correct size that is not currently in your store.
I researched where I could find the correct size at another local store. I called to put it on hold (that was a nightmare in and of itself). Like other reviewers have said, it's a huge center that takes care of your call. They say that have it all set up for me (after a few calls from me) and they go to transfer my call to the store. After 5 minutes of waiting, my call gets dropped (total of 30 minutes on the phone working on this so far). I call back, explain, they transfer me to the store. They get my information, confirm everything and continue to ask which mall I'm calling from...? Eventually I clearly communicated I'm just a normal customer, not another mall.
I go to exchange and pick up the jacket today, and it's not even the correct size. The store did NOT have any jacket my desired size because apparently they don't even carry jackets that large (which online using the 'find in-store' said they did have them).
Terrible policy, I just want a correctly sized jacket, and at this point I would prefer to not even support H&M financially.
I placed an order on 5-23-21. I spent enough that I was promised Free Priority Shipping, The order confirmation stated 3-7 business days. On 5-26-21 I got the following: "Due to current precautions and increased order volume, it's taking longer than expected to process your order. Rest assured your package is still on track to arrive within the timeframe stated in your Order Confirmation email." A few hours later: "Good news! Your order is on its way." it had a UPS tracking # attached. After days of checking for any movement and seeing none I contacted customer service. I chatted with Kahina K. And here is a copy and paste of what I was told: "I can assure you that your package was shipped on May 26th and we do have to wait for ups to pick up the package to be able to give you more information about the delivery date. "IT WAS SHIPPED BUT WE HAVE TO WAIT FOR UPS TO PICK IT UP." Several days later, I contacted C. S. again. I was told that UPS still hadn't been there to pick it up... I worked in a shipping dept. for over 20 years, at a company a fraction of the size of H&M. UPS made a pick up every day. I wish I could comment on the quality of their merchandise, but I can't, this was my first order. It's too bad, it looks like they have some nice stuff.
Same problem as everyone else. Ordered over a week ago, still no shipping, but they did email one of my items are no longer in stock.
Do not buy from this store no matter how good the deals are. Whats the point of cheap clothing if you don't receive it?
The white shoes I bought, while nice-looking, fell apart completely in a matter of 4 months. I've only used them to go work. They were made to break.
And i said it all in the title! For such few money you will never find clothes meeting such quality. Nothing to complain about.
Store is a mess but they got some nice stuff from time to time. Worth checking out. Employees usually look tired and miserable though
H&M cannot process my order online as they seem to have issues with certain addresses and customer service was useless with their support.

2017 Summer Collection is not as good as 2016 but it still worth the money. They should focus again on designers

Website is an awful ecommerce experience. It doesn't allow you to ship your order as a gift or to another address.

And if you can catch one of their 50% sale it is very affortable
However i had problem with their online order when i didnt recieve one of their item because they ran out of stalk
I was able to get a refund
This was upsetting because i only ordered two things and i paided 7$ for shipping thinking it was for 2 item and not 1
I bought about 5 maternity items from h&m first time I washed them in delicate they all shrunk, black pants faded!
H& M stores are alright with pricing and products. The staff are always willing to help. They should have more varieties.

I ordered a couple of coats. It took a few weeks before they shipped. I then got an email that Purolator attempted delivery but that was a falsehood. I ordered online to avoid exposure to COVID. I'm home 98% of the time. I contacted H&M 3x. I was told 2x that Purolator would attempt to deliver again which conflicts with the email I got. I was assured they absolutely would try again. Being that they never actually tried the first time I was sceptical. I called a third time and spoke to a "manager". Good lord! Absolutely no customer service skills whatsoever. She couldn't keep her story straight as to how they shipped it. She would not contact the courier. She didn't care that I didn't have it or if I didn't get it. She didn't care if she lost a customer. She just didn't care about anything at all. I'm out the money I paid and have nothing but a headache to show for it. This company is poorly organized and if Dominique is representative of their management they can't be trusted to do anything right or care. Save your money. I used to shop in store regularly. I can't support this company at all. Years as a customer and on my first online order they have destroyed my trust. Avoid avoid avoid!
