I recently ordered 2 items from Diane von Furstenberg x H&M HOME online. I got 2 emails saying my order was 'delayed' for 6 days, and then finally a cancellation email saying the items were out of stock. I purchased the items within 2-3 MINUTES of the collab being released, so there was no way the items were out of stock when I had bought them. If so, the warehouse definitely did not ship on a 'first come, first served' basis.
Their customer service could care less, and I know they have canceled many people's orders. H&M needs to keep better inventory and not allow people to purchase items if they can't even keep things in stock for more than 3 MINUTES! Simply ridiculous. If you read other reviews for their regular (non-designer collab) items, you will also see that they constantly cancel orders or take 2 weeks - 2 months to ship. Unacceptable.
Both items I ordered were available on the website for hours if not 1-2 days afterwards, so it's not possible that they were out of stock unless they canceled hundreds or thousands of orders. Very sketchy. And it should not take 1 WEEK to cancel an out of stock order!
I will be shopping elsewhere. I don't even care about those items anymore - it's just a matter of principle when it comes to running a business.
Today We Went To Phoenix Kurla Mall H&M shop were we were insulted by the Employee he said 'this is not roads showroom' it seems an insultment of the customer so I request the Management of h&m plz teach your some Employee a manner to talk with a customer l.
Click and collect is there but actually not functioning. Your BILLING ADDRESS address will be used as your delivery address and you will be charged with delivery fee. Online shopping is available 24/7 but their chat is not available 24/7 like other smaller brands. You cannot cancel your order as per their FAQ and will get the delivery. It will not end here, the delivered item will also not the original one, you will get the first copy. You can return it but your delivery fee is non-refundable (that you were not paying at the first step because of click and collect option). You will be given with the complaint numbers but H & M does not care for their customers and your case will get closed. You will become FOOL by a well known brand and finally writing a review like me after buying a chaep item at their high price. BETTER GO TO ANY OTHER SHOP OR ANY OTHER ONLINE FRANCHISE BUT NOT AL-SHAYA AND SPECIFICALLY H & M

Customer service isnt so much a choice as it is a necessity for a company operating in the 21st century.
I have always gotten EXCELLENT SERVICE from H&M, in the stores and online. The costumer service is one of the ABSOLUTE best I have ever met, and they have always been very helpful and friendly, and have every time quickly resolved ANY problem I'd might have.

H&M's clothing is great. When there was no COVID I would always go to the store and buy clothing and things but online, not so great. I ordered some clothes and it took ONE WHOLE MONTH for it to get here. It was such a long time I nearly forgot about it. The shipping is awful and unbelievingly slow. Also when it got here, THEY GAVE ME THE WRONG CLOTHES. The sizes were wrong and the clothes I ordered were the wrong ones. I was VERY dissatisfied when that happened.
Non delivery by exceeding the expected time by more than 2x.

Always buy my clothes here! In the early days I use buy in the brick & mortar store but in the online era I use there webshop for my purchases! Would definitely recommend shopping here! God bless.
Worts online shopping service, Terrible online customer service, and mostly important is worts refunding back you money its takes 5 days or more for you to get your money back...
I recently purchased a handbag from H&M I can honestly say it was well worth the money. This has become my everyday bag. It is very spacious Ican fit my basically my whole life into this bag, it has three compartments (two with zippers) and three inner pockets with 6 x 10 ½ x 14 ¼ in dimensions. It also has sturdy straps and a detachable shoulder strap so you can carry it multiple ways. It is black with gold detailing on the straps and zippers that add to the style of the purse. It is made of a very sustainable leather-like material and has black stitching around the perimeter of the bag. It has gold beading on the bottom to support the foundation of the bag. This would be perfect for someone like me who carry a million and one things in their bag, or just appreciates space. The only thing I would change about the bag though is the fact that it doesnt have a closing, just zippers on the side compartments so people can easily see into my bag and that may be a problem for someone who likes the idea of privacy, but other than that it was a great buy. Id give it a 9/10 rating.
I placed an order that was to be delivered overseas, Puerto Rico to be exact, order date was 7/2, at checkout it stated the order would be delivered July 5-7, I tracked the order on the 8th and it says that the items were in FL, checked again on July 10th and the info hasn't changed. Emailed them inquiring, and they informed me that it will take up to 6 weeks to get there because IT IS GOING OVERSEAS! I answered telling them that my invoice said delivery july 5-7 even after the address was entered and it was clear that it was going to be shipped overseas... NO ANSWER! So my fellow shoppers if you are overseas your items will take at least a month and a half to get to you! "
I will not give them more than one star because their service sucks! I am not even over exaggerating. I went to the store to try on a flannel shirt in red. I found my size, but I did not like the color. I saw the same one online in a different color (teal) and I got the SAME size I tried on in stores. When the item had arrived and I tried it on it was WAYYYY too small on me. That was the first thing I was mad at. Second I called them and they said I could exchange it for a bigger size in stores. I had to drive to a H&M store that is really far from where I live to exchange the item. However, when I talked to the lady on the phone she did NOT tell me that I had to pay the difference. I was really mad when I drove all the way to the store only to find out that I have to pay an $18 difference. The quality of the shirt was not even worth paying the difference. They are greedy and cons I do not recommend anyone buy anything from them. This was the first item I had purchased from them and I am very disappointed. I will NEVER buy anything from them and I will tell my friends about this so they will not make the same mistake I did.

I usually wear a medium sized pencil skirt, but I ordered a large size. I Should have followed my measurments. But it was my fault for chosing the wrong size. I would buy from HM again.
As I was surfing the website I saw great deals but once I arrived to the store the prices did not match up. I was disappointed that I couldn't purchase the items I had planned on.
I placed a order on November 18th and it is now December 22nd and I still haven't received my items and I can't track it beyond it leaving the warehouse. I am completely disappointed
