H&M, Your customer service has been horrid. I sent a sweatshirt back and wanted an exchange. I have heard nothing. I tried for three days and have been unable to get through to customer service on the phone with no luck. Then I tried to contact H&M through their website and get an error code. I've tried from 2 computers AND my phone... Then I tried to send a message through facebook and the response in red is, "This person isn't available right now". Now I JUST tried to place another order for Christmas and get the code RM1. Folks, I have not had the issue resolved with the sweatshirt I sent back and I can't imagine having to deal with this company any longer, so yes, I am making a public post because I haven't had any proper customer service AT ALL from your company. I believe you have lost a customer! I have pictures and screenshots to prove it!
Very bad customer service. Their policy is not even clear to their own employees. They misguided me and wasted my time. I bought two shirts two weeks before and the next week the prices were half for those shirts. I asked a salesperson who was also working at the counter about price matching and he said I can bring the bill and shirts back and they will refund me the difference. Today I went all the way to Rockland mall and demanded the same thing but they plainly refused and said it's not in their policy. Well, they should be clear about their policy to the whole staff. So people won't be misguided by their own staff.
I placed an order for my toddler on 9/5/16 and received the items on 9/11/16. I returned the package on 9/13/16 but called the same day I received it to see if I can go to the store and exchange for a bigger size. I was told the store couldn't give me the sale price cause they run different online. I said fine; can you please look up if the store has the same 4 items? The representative said no, she could only look for three. I said alright them, I'll filled out the exchange form and request the different sizes. Well on 9/25 I receive an email stating my return was received and will credit my card which was not what I wanted. I then called again and spoke to Cynthia which tried to help but I was given wrong information. She told me to call back on Monday 9/26 to check if my order was processed. At this time 2 items out of 4 were out of stock
Outrageous customer service.
First, my order was canceled without my consent. When you're willing to do that, also be willing to inform us and initiate instant refund! Second, my emails aren't being reverted to. Almost a month and I received one automated email, none else. Third, my money is not being refunded, credited, nothing! There is close to no response from the company's side. I'm a student and 3k is not a silly amount for a student to lose. I love the brand but I'm not going back because of how negligent they have been to me.
They say 3-5 days for shipping but that's not accurate. It took 8 days for my 1 item to get from Indiana to Illinois. I dread to think about individuals who live further than 3 hours away from the distribution center. I'm normally patient but please do not give estimated shipping date that are 3 days minimum off. And whats worse is they ship through USPS... so YES, you guessed it--you wont see ANY updates on where your package even is. DO better H&M... this is my FAVORITE store but the online shipping ordeal SUCKS.
I wanted to return my cloths but that girl was the worst person to interact with. She was keep on making mean and rude comments. She said such wires means words while I was just standing and staring at her. The most uncomfortable unprofessional customer service I have ever see. Toronto downtown Etean center. Guys If you want to enjoy your day don't come to this H & M they will make your day worst! Their fabric are the worst. In two week of time you will see ther worst side of their phabric! Worst place to buy anything is H and M!
Although I kinda like H&Ms products they have a very slow online delivery which takes years! I was wondering if they have even shipped Items or if there is a problem with the purchase! It was non, they are simply slow in delivering items for online purchase.

Dont buy H&M online. No in-store return. Have to pay all money for shipping back for return. Since H&M carries so many cheap clothig and you know. It is 50:50, if you buy 10 clothes, some of these are really $#*!ty when you actually wear it. So disappointed return policy.
Most of the time people think it's the companies fault why packages don't make it overseas and that's the carriers fault. HM policies are pretty legit when it comes to these shipping issues, so I think that's why I continue to shop with them.
I placed my order on a Monday thinking I would get it by the end of the week or early the next week. Their shipping said it would take 3-5 business days. What it didn't tell me was that they would take a week to even ship the order. Then it's the 3-5 business days. So, if you are ordering for an event or special occasion, make sure you order about a year ahead of time...
Will they ever fix their checkout problem? It keeps declining my cards. Checked with the bank and all cards are fine. Have also checked with fraud service, and everything is fine there. And I know a number of people that have had the same issue. Some even have the transaction go through with their bank and have it decline.
I like to shop at H&M for basic clothing items like shirts, t-shirts, hoodies and sweatpants. I even bought some workout clothing from here and it's still serving me, hasn't torn up or anything like that. Prices are low and the quality is acceptable while there is plenty of variety in stock.
I ordered 11 days ago - they charged the order in full that day. Now they keep sending emails - 11 days later that things are out of stock and have been canceled from my order. There is no indication of when anything else might ship. When I call the 800 number it says it is disconnected.
Not even worth a 1 star. I purchased 3 items and the total came out to 99.97. Paid 17.67 with a gift card and the rest 86.30 with my credit card. I returned 1 item for the total of 39.99. And instead of dividing the gift card amount between the 3 purchases they sent me a gift card with the 17.67. So I called customer service and when I told the person whom answered the call that I was no longe3r going to shop with them she hung up on my face. Rude
It's unacceptable, I did some online shopping and I received a used product. OMG can you guys imagine like it's a used products and it smells so bad. It has that (nishan) of sweat. God!

Bad attitude, they give me wrong thing and I have to ship it back first, and get my money back then. And let me purchase again the item I suppose to get with my package, customer service is terrible, not help!
For those that don't know, go to the factory outlet stores and get great quality clothing at great prices.
H&M is cheap but when you have to toss or recycle H&M clothing since it is falling apart or ripping or shrinking in the long run you are wasting your money.
Get smart and go the outlet stores.
I ordered merchandise and within the hour received an email confirmation; however, they did not change my address which I did at the time of the order. I called into customer service and they advised me that they could not cancel my order. I requested to speak with a supervisor and she refused to help me with the situation and then proceeded to hang up on me! This is not customer service and is very disrespectful! I will never order from this company again and I don't suggest you do either.
Ordered a jacket they took my money before the item shipped then sent an email saying they cancellef my order cause the jacket was out of stock. I go on the website and its not out of stock I called customer service 5 times and finally got someone after being on hold for 40 min... she says the jacket is in stock and they've refunded my money so u try to order it again only to have my card declined because they haven't refunded my money... so I have no jacket and I guess no money for 3-5 business days although it took no where near that time to debit my card before u even shipped the item.

Didn't even wanna give it at rating if 1. When you go somewhere to spend the money you've earned to keep a company running and employees jobs afloat you expect customer service to be top notch. It's all about please and thankyou's. I visited Walsall Store on 15/06/2017 and was served at 15.14. The lady on the till was lovely but the girl on the fitting room had a face like thunder and didn't even acknowledge me when I gave her the items back I tried on. I can't remember her name but she clearly doesn't want to be there. I definitely don't want to shop there anymore. What a disappointment. This probably won't be seen by them but I'm so frustrated that I have to travel to the city now to shop in H&M. Give the job to someone who will appreciate it!
