H&m has a terrible online return policy. Even if you want to exchange an item for a different size you have to pay 5$ return fee. On top of that you cannot return in-store. I think this is personally very unrealistic considering h&m sizing is inconsistent. You cannot return an item to a store even if they carry it in store and you want to exchange a size. Which also is crazy. Better places to shop with better return policies.
Why have a customer service dept. when they aren't remotely helpful? They need to fix their online system for those who need to make edits on their purchase. Customer Service literally can't do anything and make poor excuses. Your clothing may be nice, but your online customer service needs to be trained better and have better control of the site. Or at least fix the process of your orders. It's a waste of time as your consumers to need to wait over 48 hours to make a dumb missing package claim for a simple refund. Fix your system.
Disgusting online service. I paid for goods without realising I needed to do a bank transfer at a later date. I then received an email a few weeks later saying I have to pay a penalty charge late fee, and that I now have a bad credit debt... all for the sake of £38. The funny thing is, I didn't receive any late notice warning beforehand. Once I found out I tried to call them and pay over the phone, but they wouldn't accept any payment. They said I had to set up a direct debit with my bank. The customer service team do not want to help either with this matter. Do not buy from this company online. They are despicable.
Pathetic, poor quality. I didn't know H&M products are so poor quality. I just wore for 5 min and had a painful shoe bite. When I was buying I believed I was buying quality product as this is first time I was buying H&M but for future big no for this brand. Is Myntra aware of the bad quality this brand offering. I would not recommend this product or brand ever to anyone
I ordered items of the H and M website and they were delivered to the wrong address. Not h and ms fault but Hermes the courier service. I phoned customer services and they said I would receive an email in 48hrs. I didn't, not know they had it and technical problems. I rang again and the lady that I spoke to apologised profusely and was generally really nice. She sorted everything out and even gave me free next day delivery and 25% off my original order. Great customer service and thank you again :)
I ordered my pants on 1/25 and I called customer service on 2/10 because I didn't receive my package. I want to cancel my order however they told me I can't because it's on the way! So, when it's coming? They don't know! I can't do a refund! They don't know when it's coming! Shame on you!
I am in Canada and the store here has horrible customer service.
Most of them don't know where the products are and some are not even there even though they are suppose to be there. Its a discount store so don't expect quality items.
Everyone has a bad day, and this rude white employee just turned to me and decided to "help" me I DIDN'T WANT ANY OF HER HELP. I would rather go to other sales associate. I am so done with this store at this mall.
Their online site NEVER has anything in stock. They always give a "notify me when it comes in" option you can only use when you sign up for an online account, then they will never email you back. What is the point of offering online shopping if you never have anything? Back to Amazon for me.
My son was looking for a pair of shoes for Homecoming. He found a pair he liked on your website, and then tried calling this store. No one bothered to answer the phone, so we went to visit the store. We found shoes kind of randomly around the store, nothing close to what was on the website. We tried to find someone to help us, but there was only one salesperson in the store (according to the salesperson) she was at the register, with 4 people waiting to check out. This is horrible customer service, no one available to take care of customers. I will not be back.
I ordered a outfit for my granddaughter online at approximately 9:00 pm, Monday night. When I got the email confirming my order, I saw that they doubled my order and I was charged twice when I checked my banking statement. I called the customer service department, which they stated there was nothing they could do. They said I had to wait for the delivery and return it to there store before they would credit my debit card. I informed them I lived out in them country and didn't have easy access the store but they still wouldn't stop the extra order. I'm currently in remission from having breast cancer and have had numerous surgeries in which the medical doctors have made me permanently disabled. Now my husband has to take back the items I didn't order because nobody including the manager in there customer service department gave a crap. I'll never ever again buy anything from H&M again. Oh my where to start. Stupid policies not letting me cancel my order or at least even change the address. I was sending an item to my sister back home in Kenya and I put the quantity as two instead of 1. I tried to call customer service to cancel my order and not once but twice they hung up on me. I finally get a hold of them and they tell me they can't cancel and to refund I have to wait for the items and return them. I ask can I at the very least change the shipping address to allow me to get the items and return one of them but they said they can't do it. How tf am I supposed to return it if it is halfway across the world. The final blow that has completely pissed me off is that I made this order last month and it is still in progress in their warehouse. I mean are you guys knitting these items by hand from scratch. At this point I have just accepted that I have lost my money and learnt to never order from them again.
So it all started when I found a jacket at an H&M in the mall that I liked. Of course they didn't have my size. That night I decided to buy it online. It's beem almost two weeks and I still do not have my jacket. They didn't send me an email telling me that my order was shipped. I called customer service, they insisted it's been shipped and gave me tracking number (their customer service line sucks btw, bunch of teenagers with attitude). So I asked if I could return the jacket in a physical store if I had to. NOPE. You are not allowed to return items in store, you have to send them back. It's 2019, get with the program H&M. Needless to say, I still haven't received my order. Winter will be over by the time I get this jacket. I highly suggest NOT to use their online website. Unless you want to wait forever and not be updated on your parcel whatsoever.
First of all their plus size section is very boring and almost never updated. You have to look very well to find something cute. Ordering online takes 3-5 days which is extremely long for a big company like this?! And a lot of times the order takes even more than 5 days which is unexceptable!
My kids and I really loved H&M summer collection, we went yesterday to the store and I can tell that price are very affordable for good quality of wardrobe. I am looking forward to their autumn and winter collections since I need to buy a lot of stuff especially for me kids, but right now summer vacations can start!
I will NEVER purchase from H&M again. By far the WORST customer service I have experienced. They sent my package to the wrong address and can see its already on its way back to the warehouse. Instead of immediately sending a new order like Macy's or Nordstrom would do, they said it would take 2 weeks to file a claim for a missing package or I can pay AGAIN right now and re-order. Not to mention the 10 minute wait time when it said 4. I will not spend another dime in this store or online. Absolutely unacceptable.
Horrible company do not even think about buying clothes from there. I purchased a large order from website within 30% discount that was applied to my card. Next day I was charged full price spent hours on the phone and did not get my discount. Please walk away. ZK a manager was extremely rude Telling me that I have to register on the website to get 10% discount. Really? Why are you offering a discount if you do not apply the discount to the orders such as scammers shame on them

Bought some present online 9 days ago. Just today 21st of December received an email saying that they cancelled my order. How can it be? What kind of company communicates this after 9 days of the purchase? What kind of system do they have set up... definitely they have a problem. You can't trust at all that you will receive what you ordered. What. They show on the website is what they should have in availability... should not be that difficult.
