So it all started when I found a jacket at an H&M in the mall that I liked. Of course they didn't have my size. That night I decided to buy it online. It's beem almost two weeks and I still do not have my jacket. They didn't send me an email telling me that my order was shipped. I called customer service, they insisted it's been shipped and gave me tracking number (their customer service line sucks btw, bunch of teenagers with attitude). So I asked if I could return the jacket in a physical store if I had to. NOPE. You are not allowed to return items in store, you have to send them back. It's 2019, get with the program H&M. Needless to say, I still haven't received my order. Winter will be over by the time I get this jacket. I highly suggest NOT to use their online website. Unless you want to wait forever and not be updated on your parcel whatsoever.

Do not buy tickets off this website unless you want to be scammed. This site sells tickets for TRIPLE the amount that any other website does. Please check other sources before using this website. You have been warned!
My boyfriend spent 200$ PER seat in Row 220 and on Ticketmaster they were selling FLOOR seats for 140$. They do not offer refunds for people who have made an innocent mistake, they have no mercy for anybody. This is not what I call customer service. They told me if im not happy then to resell the tickets but nobody will want to buy these for the price we paid. I am disgusted at how this company deals with their customers, they basically tell you that you are SOL. Very sad that this is the way they operate.

I cannot stand that people are rating this company so poorly just because they didn't understand what they were signing up for. Maybe before you decide to give out your credit card info to an online website, you might want to READ what you are signing up for. Plain and simple. Anyways, I LOVE SHOEDAZZLE. I have only gotten two shoes from them so far, and i love both pairs. I was able to track both shoes when they were in transit and they came reasonably fast (i live in Canada too). I've skipped the month over TEN times in the past year and they have NEVER charged my card by accident. This is a easy to navigate website with so much selection for people who want trendy shoes but cannot afford designer prices. Will order again!

E-bay is an excellent website to purchase from. Just make sure you do your research on the seller before you purchase from them. If somebody tries to make you purchase an item through a PayPal "Friends and Family" transaction... do not. And I mean DO NOT do it. They will take your money and send you a bogus product (if any product gets sent at all) and will not refund you the money. These scammers are all over ebay, so beware. PayPal and Ebay will not be able to refund you that money if this happens. Just a piece of advice. Otherwise, I have used this site over a dozen times and have been very happy with my purchases.

BestBuy.ca is excellent! They accepted my gift card and I got my item the VERY next day. Also, the mailman knocked on my door and hand-delivered it to me! Couldnt be more impressed. Would order from them again.

I ordered a t-shirt that I saw this girl on youtube wearing... however when I received the shirt it wasn't the same one I had seen on her. So what this means is they send better items of clothing to "youtube gurus" so that they can trick people into buying them. The shirt was supposed to have a pink heart but the heart had no color in it. The only thing I will say was good about this website was the quality of the t-shirt, it was actually half decent and stretchy. They also gave me a tracking number for my order and it came exactly a month after I ordered. Just be prepared if you are going to order something it will most likely NOT be what you see in the picture... UPDATE*** This company has SECRETLY inboxed me to apologize. However, they literally just said "we sent you the same product" LOL no you didn't. You did not send me the same product because if you did I wouldn't have wrote this review. P-A-T-H-E-T-I-C.

I WOULD have given this website a 5 star review if every item wasn't out of stock. They have tons of bags on sale however when you go to purchase them they are ALWAYS sold out... so what's the point? I check the site on a regular basis thinking one day I will get lucky and be able to buy a bag on sale but it never happens. My advice for whoever is running this site, PLEASE take each purse out of the "sale" section once its become sold. SIMPLE ENOUGH.

Amazing online store. I have never had an issue with this website... they have all the best "drugstore" makeup and have recently added a couple more high-end products to the site as well. They ship quickly (I got my package in under 5 business days)!

Do not order from ROMWE, they are scam artists who do not care about their customers. I recently purchased a jacket in size SMALL and they sent me an EXTRA LARGE. I emailed customer care for weeks about this and got absolutely nothing from doing that. They argued me for days trying to come up with excuses as to why they sent me the wrong size but none of it made any sense (the associates cannot speak english properly which made it even more difficult). I am petite, which is why i ordered a small, i was literally swimming in this jacket. They offered me a refund only if I paid the shipping costs to send it back to china, or a 15% refund of my money and to keep the item which literally means they would give me under 5 dollars back and a $#*!ty coat that would be no use to me. OR a 25% coupon code LOL to spend more money on their god aweful site. Its funny because on the website it says they will pay for shipping costs if they make a mistake on the size of the item (that was a lie). All of their clothes are poor quality which is why everything is so god damn cheap. Please save yourself the trouble and do not buy from this website because if anything happens they will not refund you the money.
