I ordered an expensive Cuisinart Coffee Maker from Hayneedle and they did everything they said they would do except stand behind the products they sell.

I previously had a Cuisinart Coffee Maker that lasted for over 8 years and loved it, but this time I think Hayneedle set me a lemon and it quit working after 7 months. When I contact Hayneedle customer service I was told their exchange/return policy was only for 30-days, clearly not long enough for an expensive electronic appliance.

If I had bought it at Macy's, I could have exchanged it after 7 months with "no questions asked". Keep this and Hayneedle's 30-day policy in mind if you ever plan to order an expensive electronic product.

Nightmare

Item not as described, emails ignored, made every excuse not to return my money, i had to prove that i sent back items numerous times. They stated both that my tracking number expired and that it was sent back to the wrong address with in one hour of each other. Then only refunded my money for one chair not the two i purchased. Iam well over 20 emails and still no money in my account. Lesson learned. Read reviews before buying i thought i was purchasing chairs made for humans when the box came it wasnt to my knees and iam 5'4. My 2 year old grand baby was too big for these chairs. Buyer beware

Great customer service

I purchased a set of supposedly 'white' curtains but upon arrival they looked more 'cream' than white. I called up the customer service and told them that I didn't receive the correct color that I ordered. I was already prepared to return the wrong item, instead I was told that because it would cost too much for the company to pay for the return shipping charges thus I get to keep the wrong item and Hayneedle will issue me a full refund as well. How awesome is that! I ended up with a free set of curtains albeit they are sitting in my basement now.

I am not sure why there are so many bad reviews. We got what we ordered and even sooner than expected. I recommend this company highly. Great value for the price, very nice quality product.

Horrible

I placed an order for E-Z Up 10 foot Express II Canopy Sidewall set on Walmart.com and received the item several weeks later from a third party with no corresponce for the shipping or when I would receive it. When I received the order therre was only one sidewall that was only 8 foot. I have written customer service several times and no response. What a rip off.

Waste of money.

The customer service thus far has been nothing except lackluster. I ordered an item off of the Walmart website which unfortunately was sold by this third party marketplace. My order took over one week to arrive with no notification about whether or not it had processed, shipped, or arrived. Upon opening the package I found that there were no screws for which to assemble my furniture. It also wasn't exactly what I was looking for in the product so I contacted them to return it. On top of wanting me to cover the shipping costs, they also required me to buy a $16 shipping label. When I tried to argue further, they switched sales reps on me and just sent me nearly a copy and paste message of the original email asking me to buy the label to return the item. Terrible experience. I will not be buying from these people ever again.

I placed an online order with this company since they were one of only a few that would ship to Honolulu. I canceled this order due to issues with their email system, customer service staff who couldn't process my order, the unavailability of one of the items I ordered, and the doubling of cost of one item when I received (finally) a confirmation of my order.

On my initial order, I received notice that my order was pending acceptance of the shipping charges which I did by return email. They claim they didn't receive my email messages. (Since my order cancelation however, I received no less than 5 email including acknowledgements that my emails are not being received. Odd.) I checked online status and found the order was canceled although it was still prior to the acceptance deadline. I called prior to the acceptance deadline at which time they said the order would be processed. I called again since no response to my email, and was now advised me that the dining set I ordered was no longer available. However, I asked them to process the rest of the order. Since the reorder wasn't confirmed by email, I called again. Went through the entire process again which ended up with the same result. No confirmation, no order placed. Finally talked to another customer service person and again found that no order was placed. This time I did receive an order confirmation right away, but the price on one of the items was doubled.

Since then there's been a flood of damage control email. To top things off, the second person I talked to finally called (voicemail) advising me that one item was not available and asked if I would confirm processing the order. No way.

I ordered a exercise bike. It arrived within two days. Much sooner than expected. The packaging was fine. No damage. The bike had all of it's parts and works fine. I was concerned after I had read some of the reviews but I am very pleased with the speed of delivery, packaging and the product.

I purchased close to 3000 worth of furniture in January - because I had ton pay someone to put it together it took several months to complete. The first piecestep came out fine - the next to last one - a Finley home corner bookcase, couldn't be put together without a gap on one side. Called cs, they basically said tough s... it's been over 90 days! Was that how long that 300$ piece of furniture was supposed to last?

Purchased outdoor garden bench, I though, from Walmart. When order confirmation came back it was from some company named "PLUM STRUCK.COM" with a whole host of disclaimers from Walmart. The bench showed up with missing hardware, hardware that didn't fit and very poor assembly instructions. After I bought proper hardware I was able to assemble bench. I placed the bench outside in a covey adjacent to my garage. Couple days later a summer shower blew up and all the bench paint washed off and onto my drive way. I could not find no info in packing docs to contact PLUMB STRUCKas they had no phonev# listed and e-mail address was erroneous. This is SHAM company and WALMART is damaging their reputation by partnering with this sham.

So close!

I almost purchased a very expensive gazebo on Walmart. Com with plum struck and was looking for netting and curtains to go with it so I called Walmart. They ended up giving me the number for them and called and not open so I looked them up online to see if I could find any through them when I came across this! Man am I ever glad I did, such a big purchase to have these type of problems would have been a nightmare. So I'm writing this so I can give you all their number. Good luck and thanks for sharing your stories to save ppl like me about to make the same mistake, an almost $2000 mistake! Call *******160.

Walmart Its a small package. What a mistake, Don't you know what is going on. For years my Union always told us no to buy from Walmart. I guess we like saving a few cents.

Poor service

I ordered a $79 grill cover. I checked every week for 5 weeks and never received the cover. They told me it was out of stock. I kept getting email promises. Then they told me i had returned the item. Goodby $79.
Piss poor service. Dont buy anything from these people

Headboard

Love it! Sturdy and packed so well! It was just what I wanted for the new bedroom. Easy instructions for return if necessary (it wasn't!). And easy to install on bed frame. Only wanted headboard and it was the one site where the description fit the final product. And it arrived a day or two prior to date which was not a problem! Happy as a clam!

I ordered without reading all the reviews first. When I saw the review I was very nervous. I had input my email address wrong and had to call customs service to have it corrected. I spoke with Mark and he fixed it for me that same day. Then My item was delivered 3 days prior to the initial delivery date. I am happy with my experience and thought a positive review was deserved.

This company is so baaaaadddddd. Plumstruck website has no phone numbers to contact them. I am afraid that I will be stuck with merchandise that I do not want as WALMART will not take it back. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

I bought 3 kitchen stools from them. All of which fell apart after 3 months... the screws completely fell out. They wouldn't take back the product or even offer a store credit. AWFUL! Buyer beware!

I bought something online then got an item shipped message along with Fedex tracking ino, it never showed up and when you caal they tell they have emails in to the manufacturer which ships direct, three days and the still have no response. B. S. They take your money and dont supply the product. BBB here I come If I could give a ZERO I would
