I received an email saying i had placed an order with hayneedle.inc and that it would be processed through paypal. there is no information on what was ordered, no shipping address they are sending it to, this sounds like a scam to me-what is going on?

Every time I ordered these glasses, they came in a well-padded with good bubble-wrap box. The box itself was very strong, too.

CANCEL IT. They sent me the wrong one and I just wish I wouldn't have ordered one because this has been a headache

None that I am aware of. I recently purchased a 35 gallon hexagon aquarium at a fantastic price including shipping. Customer service was excellent and I highly recommend this company.
