Please never In your life order from Grub hub. I am in Los Angeles and this is the 3rd time I had a problem with them. They simply stole my order and did not text once even though I texted many times. The customer service there is horrific. I don't know how they haven't filed BK. I only used them because they went to the restaurant I wanted to order from. Why do drivers bother working if they steal and get fired.? The manager refused to call the driver and ask what happened. I will never use grub hub again. I would rather eat dog food than take a chance again. Door dash is better. None of them are perfect but door dash is usually okay. They never stole my order and money.

Just placed an order on Grubhub, after 40 minutes I got a message that it was cancelled and that I should look at my e-mail for a reason why it was cancelled. Of course the e-mail didn't say anything. I asked in a chat why it was cancelled, they came up with an excuse that they were not able to order from this particular restaurant all day. Why still give you the possibility to order at this restaurant? I drove to the restaurant and placed and picked up the order myself. I asked the lady at the counter if they had issues with Grubhub today, she said they have had Grubhub order all day long. So the excuse they gave me was just not true. Grubhub gave me 20% off my next order. I'm 100% sure I'll never take that offer. Bye bye Grubhub.
I got two $50 gift cards from GrubHub from friends. I added the card to my GH account but there is no place to use it as payment on the order. No customer service. Tried to reset my password, never got the promised email from them. They basically stole $100 from my friends.
I wanted to order delivery, thought I did because I input my address. It still chose pick up, not to mention the wrong restaurant location.
When I had got to the restaurant to pick up my order the restaurant was CLOSED. I was livid. Why would Grub Hub allow me to make an order at a restaurant that was closed for the night? After working 12 hours, the last thing I needed was a goose chase. Never using them again.

Ordered food from Applebees through GH. Got the salads, fries (cold) & onion rings (cold), but not the burger. Delivery fee was pretty steep, add tip and it was a $71+ disappointment. GH did refund the burger price, but, we still had to make a sandwich because no burger. Will search for restaurants that do their own delivery next time...
Great service. Mostly, alittle inflated in pricing compared to in restaurant prices. But the order tracking! Omg! The interface is horrible It does need a lot of work. It zooms in so no detail as to location of driver is discernible. And it's completely inaccurate. Tracking therefor is useless. It needs attention to be useful
So I order two salads and two drinks I put very distinctive directions on the order the driver is still can't find it. She doesn't know where she's at, so I have to drive to where she's at to get my food only to find out that there's no drinks! I come home I call the restaurant they gave her my drinks! So apparently she stole them! Not the first time it's happened! I did get a full refund. But I will never use GrubHub ever ever again they are terrible the drivers don't speak read or understand any English, but yet they're delivering orders in the United States of America! How does that make sense?
This company is deplorable. I placed an order you took my money, then canceled my order because the restaurant is CLOSED. WHY THE HECK HAVE IT FOR A DELIVERY OPTION DURING CLOSED HOURS. Then your foreign customer service staff has no authority and doesn't give a crap about the people you hustle.

A charge from California that was denied by paypal and my credit card started me on reviewing my account. Someone in California tried to order 120 in chinese food and 2 sodas, then tried 116 in chinese food with 2 sodas. (lots of food for only 2 people). I tried looking at the account and noticed they had been adding charges to my account for over a year. Something called Grubhub Seamlessly which I had never heard of. The charges added up to $188 plus change over the time they had been pulling it. I never noticed it earlier as the charges had been around $34 the previous times and that is around what my normal orders totaled after tips and fees. I didn't use them often so I lost track of those times. The most recent charge they added on was $121 plus change in June of this year which definitely caught my eye. I don't know what that seamlessly thing is but it did not go into my belly and I asked for them to research it and refund my money. After many emails saying the same thing over and over from my end they finally replied back to me that my chinese orders were cancelled and refunded. They totally ignored my request for this other thing to be refunded. So I wrote them again and they replied back that someone here must have signed up for whatever that is. The only people here are me and at the time my cat who has passed away since that time. I am 65 and live alone, so no, I did not sign up for anything that I could not eat and my dead cat also denies having signed up for it. They did suggest that I ask my bank to return the funds even though THEY pulled the funds not my bank. DO NOT TRUST GRUBHUB. CHECK YOUR FUNDS EVERY MONTH TO BE SURE THEY DIDNT SCAM YOU TOO!

Grubhub misrepresents the restaurants it lists. I've used Grubhub many times and only recently found out that they call the order in to whatever restaurant and then just pick it up, with no affiliation or contract with the restaurants. When my order came up short for the 3rd time from a restraint I order from often, I finally called the place directly. She read me the order receipt and it always 2 plates short and 42$ less than what Grubhub had charged me. The owner said they have this problem all the time with Grubhub and it makes the restaurant look bad. This place has never provided them with a menu etc. so they take an old menu pic and post it on their site as though Grubhub is a co-op of theirs. Complete FALSE advertising and as of today's I have never gotten any kind of refund from Grubhub.
Oh and they have no direct call customer service so good luck!
I ordered from here to get food for my kids and myself. I cant be out in the sun due to health reasons. They gave a certain time it would be here. When it said it was delivered... I went to the door. Not only did they not bring the door bell. The food wasn't even delivered. I went on to call the driver. He then wouldn't answer my call. He finally texted back and said where he left it. I had my daughter go look around and she went around the whole complex and couldn't find it. She has to use a cane to get around. With the heat warning outside it wasn't good to be out. So not only could I not get my kids lunch. I used the money I had left on my card to get them lunch. I gotta wait 5 to 10 days to get my money back. How am I to feed my kids when they messed up my order? So now my friend that lives in Phoenix had to come out here so they didn't go without good. I am very disappointed and disgusted on how I was treated. It was very disrespectful I will never use this again.

I ordered from this grub hub delivery app and the black guy driver on camera stole my granddaughters fries. He ate them and never included them in the bag.
