I have just gotten my third wolf dog puppy from them in over ten years. I have been very happy with all three and their temperament and loving nature is better than any dog I ever had. I highly recommend them.

Please never In your life order from Grub hub. I am in Los Angeles and this is the 3rd time I had a problem with them. They simply stole my order and did not text once even though I texted many times. The customer service there is horrific. I don't know how they haven't filed BK. I only used them because they went to the restaurant I wanted to order from. Why do drivers bother working if they steal and get fired.? The manager refused to call the driver and ask what happened. I will never use grub hub again. I would rather eat dog food than take a chance again. Door dash is better. None of them are perfect but door dash is usually okay. They never stole my order and money.

I specifically asked about the measurements of a bracelet I was interested in. The seller did not have to get back to me. She immediately told me what I wanted to hear and I ordered the bracelet at full price. A week later, it's on sale now for half price. The bracelet came today and does not fit. It is MUCH smaller than I was told. I was deceived and now I will never buy again from this company. They just do not care about he customers. Only our money.

It is two weeks, and I have paid close to 150 US dollars for some contact lenses. They have not shipped. They won't respond to any emails. I don't know what else to do, except share my negative experience with other shoppers. All I am asking is for them to ship my order but I cannot even get a response as to why not, from them. I cannot recommend this company who takes your money and then disappears. They do not take paypal so they make it harder on purpose to get a refund. I will call the bank in the morning. Please find a different company, as it seems to be hit or miss on whether this company will steal your money.

I placed an order for two day shipping. They sent me someone else's order and I sent back the order via two day shipping. They will not return my calls or emails. I paid with paypal so I cannot open a bank dispute. They refuse to speak on the phone and they stole 340 dollars of mine. I really do not know what I can do anymore to get my money back. I have copies of receipts and proof of everything. Can anyone please help me? I will never trust this horrible company again.

I am so tired of ordering from this online store and spending hours a day trying to find out why they misplaced my order and its just missing. This is not the first time they refuse to tell me where my order is, after a month, and they do not respond about refunding my money. This is the last time I will go through this horrible, unprofessional behavior with them. Please do not throw away your money.
