Recently I used Grubhub to order pizza and during checkout I noticed they added some extra fee to support BLM movement to my order. My first thoughts were it was some kind of joke or mistake. It wasn't. Grubhub told me their algorithm put extra fee of $5 on their non-black customers. I have no words to describe their service just some screenshots for you. Definitely I will not use them anymore and I hope you won't too. Another level of screwing up!
I not a person that take the time and write. But Grubhub. Is worst service. ESP of you order your food 6 pm and after. You never get it.
I tried using grubhub on my laptop. I ordered 2 times and my credit card got charged, but I didn't get any confirmation email. So I called customer service and they asked me to order from the app. When registering on the website they gave a credit of ten dollars which got used in the 2 orders l did on website and never received. So I also lost the promo money to join the grubhub. I am never going to order from them again
While on vacation, we attempted to order from Grubhub. We were having trouble, so we called customer service. After following their instructions, we were locked out of our account. After about 30 minutes on the phone, there was no help or resolve. We were just out of luck and locked out.
This was my first order with GrubHub. I ordered early in the day to have a meal delivered to a friend whose husband is dying from cancer. Twice GrubHub confirmed the order. The driver confirmed they were at the restaurant picking up on time. Then I got a message from GrubHub saying the delivery would be late. Next I received a message that they were canceling my order. No reason, just that they had a problem. It would take 5 days to refund! When I called the restaurant to see what went wrong they said they never got the order. Pure waste of time and not worth trying again!
One night, the order arrived over 20 minutes late and had to be re-heated. They offered $8 to make up for it. This was never applied to my card nor to my account nor even to my next order. And the next order? I forgot to apply a promo code. I contacted customer service within 5 minutes of the order. They would not let me apply the code retroactively, nor would the cancel the order and let me re-order. I'm tired of them nickel and dime-ing me at every opportunity too. I'm done with them.
Terrible experience. Forces you to call or chat to cancel an order. Delays upon delays. They will cancel orders without giving you notice or a reason, then keep your money for a week. These guys suck…bad.
I live in Eugene Oregon and have had nothing but bad experiences with GrubHub when I first signed up for the app decided to sign up for a membership that allowed me to have free deliveries regretted it by the second delivery place with GrubHub food was cold and the second delivery wasn't even what I ordered Needless to say canceled my membership by the third order
GrubHub constantly screws the consumer. I ordered a simple dinner from Burger King and they cancelled my order 40 minutes later. Their customer service is the worst in the world and so are their delivery drivers. I'll never order from this place again.
I tried using this service to get food delivered for every meal for a month. Less than 50% percent of the orders were filled correctly. Absolutely terrible service.

We ordered our food at 7 PM and were told that it should arrive in 40 to 50 minutes. It's hard times, so we tipped the driver extra. The food got pushed back, literally between an hour and a half and now an hour and 45 minutes later—even though the food was ready 30 mins after ordering. Where the hell is our driver? He's not responding to text messages or phone calls. When we called customer service, while I was happy to get our order refunded after the agent offered us a $10 credit (are you serious? It's date night and Friday night and we paid money for this food, we would like our dinner), we at least got the amount refunded. But the food? No idea where that is. It's 9 PM and we're hungry. First world problems you might say, but the reality is this is a service that were paying for. GrubHub, get your act together.
I paid 60 dollar meal and and fed a stranger i called the driver several times didnt get an answer or a call back when i called grubhub about it i was told to have a nice day so i called again and they told me that there was nothing they could do and hung up on me now im pissed off and threatened to go to tik tok with my security camra footage proving i didnt get my order sad how that has power over tik tok but i get my money now in 5 days will be going to tik tok with the proof since im able to feed a stranger but i cant feed my family
I give a company one OFF's but they keep messing up the orders. It wants me to click and rate but there are no zero stars. There a delivery company thats it. They can't deliver what has been ordered. Imagine if the bigger delivery comany's messed up your delivery. They are a delivery company that can't deliver. Imagine ordering food for your 3 kids all under 15. Two of your kids gets their meal and the other one doesn't. What do you do? Call Grubhub LOL. Your better off not tipping until you can check your order to make sure it's correct.

2 out of every 10 orders never get delivered. Grubhubs solution is to credit my card and give me 2 months free delivery. Only problem with this is THEY ARE LIEING (sp?). I have been promised this three times in the past 2 months BUT IT HAS NEVER HAPPENED. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PHONIES. Uber seems to be a much better soultion
One time I ordered from carrabbas while I was at work, well it was almost time for my lunch break, when I got their text saying they were there, I responded with I was on my way out, not even 3 min they waited, I go outside and no one was there! They took off with my food. I thought these dumbasses were supposed to wait 5 min? At least. I f i could rate them a negative 10 or infinity I would!
I give this app no stars. I ordered last night, and paid almost $30 for the wrong order... I ordered for me and two of my friends, and it was barely enough food for one person!
I've noticed that there is no longer a place on the app to leave a review... but I was refunded $8.00, without even asking. Even the refund was wrong, and they know they messed up! I will never use GrubHub again. I'm done... and now I have to have a screaming fit to get the rest of my money back, which I don't wanna do! I WILL NEVER USE GRUBHUB AGAIN, AND I SUGGEST YOU DON'T, EITHER!

On 10/17 my account was hacked and unauthorized purchases were applied against my account. I immediately notified GrubHub and received several canned replies promising prompt resolution. With a promise to credit my account within 5 - 7 business days, I have yet to see anything ( as of 11/05). They marked my issue as "resolved" and I am no longer receiving responses from their so called "customer service". The reputation and credibility of this company is suspect at best. Do business with them at your own risk.
If I could give it negative stars I would. My account was hacked, and I immediately called the restaurant to let them know. They canceled the order for me, then they tried to cancel with Grubhub and could not get through. When the driver arrived, the restaurant let them know, the order was fraud and they were not going to be completing the order, the driver then tried to call Grubhub as well, and couldn't get through. I tried to call Grubhub and couldn't get through. Even though the order was never picked up and delivered, I was charged over $150. I called Grubhub the next day to get a refund. I have now been waiting over 2 weeks, you cannot talk to anyone that can help, they give you the run around. They keep saying someone will contact you in 24 hours, now it's 48 hours, no one calls. They do not want to give my money back. Door dash is much easier to work with, when canceling orders, I would not use this service. They have no customer service and outsource it to people that can't help.
Answer: I travel for a living and have experienced the lousy service that is Grub Hub. From Philadelphia PA to Shreveport LA and multiple other cities THIS SERVICE SUCKS. There's nothing good to say about it.
