Placed an order for Fast Food. They pick up and it's out for delivery. Problem is what should have been 10 minutes took 30. They picked up a double order or was double dipping on another app. So they went 10 minutes away from me. Then sat there forever. My order arrives 1/2 hour after they picked it up. Of course they also didn't ring the bell and hand it to me. Nope to difficult.
So my food was stone cold of course. I go thru the website to see about a refund. Then they want me to waste more time chatting. So more punishment for me wasting time with their crummy app.
Then the chat guy wants to give me a credit on my order. No mention of my refund. I ask 3 times. He says I didn;t say that. Then wants me to waste more time talking to a supervisor.
Nope will contact my credit card company for a refund and never use the app again if they want to play games.
Treat your customers right. I already had a bad experience with your driver and you just made it worse. Thanks for nothing.
Overpriced service and garbage customer service!
I was on vacation and ordered takeout, but it wouldn't go, tried again, and it wouldn't go through. I was charged twice and 36 hours later on the phone with customer service. I did receive a coupon for 20% off a meal, however, I will be closing my GrubHub account. Customer service was friendly and professional, however, Grubhub has issues with their ordering system. I did go through insta cart that day for delivery without an issue and will avoid GH in the future.
My order stated it was delivered the driver took a picture in his car. Never got the order when i texed him he was rude and threatening. They are never on time poor customer service. Door dash is much more customer friendly!
I am 62 years old, single, don't cook and order out constantly. Today was a landmark day for me because I'm sure that I just received the worst Customer Service I could possibly ever get. I ordered $60.00 from Wangs kitchen which I've ordered from before through their own delivery service which is good. My huge mistake was going through GrubHub. I live in a very large apartment building and the lazy, worthless, unprofessional idiot who delivered the food left it outside in the rain for hundreds of people to pass by it( and whoever of my neighbors who stole the food I hope you choke.). I received a photo of this in absolute disbelief. The only way it could have been worse is if she lowered her car speed a little and just threw it out of her car window towards the entrance. As if that wasn't the worst, Ricardo, my robotic "customer care" representative, made me walk him through what happened not one, not two, but three times before he refused to refund my money only offering a "credit". I guess this was a 60.00 mistake/lesson on my part because there is NO WAY I WILL EVER ORDER FROM GROB HUB AGAIN. As well, you can see I have no shortage of opinion and with my work I encounter hundreds of clients a week and you can best believe I will leave no stone unturned until they are out of business which is probably gonna be tomorrow sine the first review I saw here was one star as well. SO UNBELIEVABLY LAME SERVICE
Our orders were constantly being cancelled- usually 30-40 minutes after placed. Any time I would chat with customer service and ask why our order was cancelled, the rep would just end the chat. Seriously? What kind of awful company is this? STAY AWAY FROM GRUBHUB!
Honestly go to hell Grubhub. I hope all of your employees suffer horribly. Your business model is absolute garbage. You've ripped me off, forgotten certain drinks, and just been unprofessional. I don't even care if your employees get into an auto accident. It's your fault you designed this terrible system
1st off, she just about walked straight into a wall and missing door to her right. BRIGHT YELLIW. THEN SHE LEFT half the food on her car, never came back to the door with food. She texted that all yhe food was in the bag. Ive Been ordering from the same place for years. They never put hot subs in the bag with salads. The shop said she left with 2 bags, as you can see only 1 bag. Not to mention the shop said she had a strong oder of alcohol. Know I no why she stumbled down my drive way and almost walked into the wall. I called her and she hung up when I told her the shop said she had 2 bags. Lost out on my money$$$ when she walked pass door were was she going. Look at video then pictures smh
I suggest you pick a different provider. The quality control and standards for this company are horrendous. It's extremely rare that they get an order right or deliver on time (like 1 out of 10). They frequently miss items, deliver late, leave out condiments or utensils, or just never show up at all. I think it will be the first of the many food delivery companies to go out of business.
Grubhub is the absolute $#*!tiest food delivery app the drivers are all stupid and fat they never deliver the food they are either slow as $#*! or just big as hell I hate grubhub it only hires incompetent fat people $#*! u grubhub I hope u guys fail as a company and lose all investors.
Ordered from a local diner from and it was to be here at 12 noon and it is going on 1 pm and i still haven't received my food! It keeps delaying it and saying it it going to be longer. If i reserve a time spot i would like it to be on time or close to that time, and on top of that the sub tasted like the delivery girls perfume gross.
Ordered soup cuz have flu. Soup bowl had a hole in bottom and soup went everywhere, in bag, on countertop.
I have screenshots of my conversation with one of their bots and they literally said there is NOTHING they can do about the order that grubhub canceled TWICE within 30min of each other because Grubhub listed the WRONG menu items that weren't even available. So they were completely wrong yet nothing was done about it. Use uber eats or literally ANY other food delivery site!

Did not to give even 1 star but makes you. They do not even deserve a star. Ordered a pizza from a pizza shop 10 min from house. 45 min would be an accurate time. 30 min to make pizza 15 min to deliver. 45 minutes past and no pizza changed delivery time 20 min later than original time. Still waited and 25 minutes after original time no pizza. Text with customer support and they apologize and said it is being made now and will be here in 20 min. We will give you 5 dollars off a future order. Poorest attempt at customer service when they couldn't provide their entire service they offer and I have to use the lack of service again to make up for there lack of service. Absolutely pathetic! Will never use again.
I'm trying to set up a menu that reflects my business. Instead of fixing what I was given or how do we help. I get that it is my fault for sending what was asked and expecting professionalism.
I cancelled my membership back in August, and they have been taking money out of my account every month. I have called and spoken to Lexy, Nelly A., and Zena B., and still nothing has been done. Zena B. Tries to be smart via emails. I had to call my bank and report them in order for them to stop taking money out of my account illegally.

YES, this DID HAPPEN, I just don't want any repercussions from the driver, because I was actually a little nervous about him. This being said, I won't add my receipt/order # on here. Anyways, I provided VERY CLEAR DIRECTIONS for the driver on HOW to deliver my order to the CORRECT ADDRESS. It can be tricky getting to my place, so I wrote down EXACTLY what the driver needed to do. This person also spoke very broken English. I firmly believe he did Not know how to read these instructions. WHY would Grubhub hire someone who is unable to read English? If this wasn't the case, he was LAZY & did not want to read it.
When the driver arrived, I saw him on the GRUBHUB map and he was 200 yards away from my place. He went ahead & dropped it off at the wrong condominium! I called him IMMEDIATELY afterwards several times. I even texted him 2-3 times to ask him to come back. He NEVER picked up or responded. About 10 minutes later (or longer) when he was in a DIFFERENT CITY, he FINALLY answered his phone. I was more upset about him not answering or responding, when he could have SIMPLY pulled over to answer his phone, because OBVIOUSLY my multiple calls SHOULD have signified the IMPORTANCE of the call. And I was certainly angry, asking him what's going on here. THEN he started ARGUING with me. This guy was AWFUL & took NO responsibility whatsoever for dropping off my food at the wrong address. I am DONE with this horrible company who hires NON-accountable drivers. If I were you, I would ABSOLUTELY SEEK OTHER DELIVERY SERVICES. Thanks.
We paced an order from Logan's. Text says delivery 6.15. Driver at and address 20 minutes per app- I called he said food in a warmer bag 3 TIMES he left and went back to same address. I callled again- No answer- sent chat to Help- was told order on the way- wait 10 minutes- and HOUR later NO food. Driver still at that same house. I cancelled order! RIDICULOUS! Horrible service Never use again! I'd not give it a star if there was no stars! See car made 3 times to this house and back.
The GrubHub app will not allow you to edit correct address.
Also the drivers do not follow instructions my order was delivered to the wrong address two times however I must say a third time GrubHub paid for the order and insured that it was delivered to the correct address that being said I will never have GrubHub deliver food for me anymore
Ordered a pizza and chicken wings and told one driver was picking up. Then received message another driver picking up. Second driver called and said she was there and someone picked up order. Then received call from Grub hub that they made a mistake and all was cancelled. I told them would it not be easier to have the driver there to bring order. She said no have to cancel all. Driver texted me that she has never heard of such a thing. Even gave extra tip to driver. No credit has been given to my paypal with money for mistake. CANCELLING GRUB HUB and making supper for my family.
Answer: I travel for a living and have experienced the lousy service that is Grub Hub. From Philadelphia PA to Shreveport LA and multiple other cities THIS SERVICE SUCKS. There's nothing good to say about it.

Answer: Yes, it is normal. Original delivery times are almost never met. No drivers, Lost Drivers, Poorly trained or untrained drivers.

Hope you were able to cancel it, but wonder if it showed up in the mean time. For this reason I no longer use a card but pay cash when I get the food. Hope you've managed to eat something by now.
