I USE GROUPON FOR ALL ONLINE PURCHASES. I JUST GOOGLE PROMO CODE FOR STORES NAME - AND CLICK ON GROUPONS LINK. DISCOUNT IS ALWAYS THERE SO COPY THEN PASTE DURING CHECK OUT
I had got some pretty good deals from Groupon online. It just really seems to be a problem these days with companies like this that they DO NOT CARE about customer service. So, when you want to contact someone they have a horrible process to go through. Then wait on the phone for what was it, two or three hours? You got to be kidding me! Then when I talked to a women and mentioned this to her, her response was "We're working on it?" What is that supposed to mean. Don't use Groupon, they have horrible customer service!
Groupon is an excellet site with many awesome deals. I love it! I've used it for entertaiment, school, household stuff and much more. Need a vacation, a good place to eat, a course, whatever you are searching for search it on Groupon first!
Advanced Movers were to transport a Haywood Wakefield a solid, hard rock maple bedroom suite from our house to our son's house 35 min. Away. First, the movers were over 3 hours late. They would not accept the Groupon ($150) but said we needed to pay $205 in cash (though the Groupon was refunded thereafter). I asked the movers to remove the drawers of the dresser and they would not do that. They wrapped nothing until the items were already in the truck and then protection was minimal. I told them they could follow me to our son's location and they agreed but said they needed to stop at a gas station (with minutes ticking on our 2 hr limit). I thought they might need gas but when we arrived they never drove to a pump. I waited about 10 minutes for them to come back out with cold drinks in hand. While unloading, I again asked that the drawers need to be taken out and again they refused. As a result, the dresser was so heavy they had trouble getting it up the steps and damaged the carpet on the landing. A chip was taken out of the dresser and the boards that attach the mirror to the dresser were never taken off the truck and are now gone. One mover took pictures of the carpet and dresser damage and said insurance would cover this. Yeah, right. I have repeatedly called the moving company and no one answers or will return my calls. I am just sick about this but feel I have no recourse. I appreciate that the Groupon was refunded but am disappointed that there seems to be no quality control. Our previous experience was with a restaurant Groupon purchase (Wild Mushroom) but the restaurant went out of business before we tried to use the Groupon. Other Groupon experiences have been good.
Awesome place to find deals on local services and events in your hometown!
I bought my husband a detail package on Groupon for his birthday and we ended up selling the car and getting a new one so we no longer needed the Groupon! I contacted them to see if they could just give me a voucher to buy another Groupon not cash and they refused! No flexibility at all! I will never use them again
The product is LOW guality! The instruction from the package comes in Chinese writing!
Follow the instructions on line but NO WAY the eye lashes looks natural! They are so full of black clumps, and even after applying the second coat with gel they keep falling under the eyes!
This was my second attempt to buy this product because for the first time I believe that I did not used properly!
But was not me!... THE PRODUCT IS REALLY LOW, LOW qualities!
I am an old customer of groupon and so far I was satisfied with my orders. This time I am really shocked that this kind of product can be sold and also coming with instructions written in Chinese ONLY!
Big time disappointing!
And sure thinks the product can not be returned: final price!, no return!
To all customers, this was my bad experience with mascara... and after you try to wash your eyes or use make up clothes black debris are left inside your eyes!
JUST A BAD PRODUCT!
I went to the marketplace cafe and it was little more than a convenience store. When I asked for a credit they refused. I had two coupons and it was the last day, I was just prepared to get both as takeout and give to the homeless but the vendor would not allow. Up till now I had always been happy with groupon, but no more
I have been an avid user of GroupOn. I purchased a GroupOn that the merchant claimed wasn't theirs and wouldn't honor. After contacting GroupOn via telephone and insta-chat, there was no resolution. I couldn't use the GroupOn through no fault of my own, and couldn't get a refund or even a GroupOn credit! Horrible way to treat customers, so I deactivated my account.
I purchased a groupon for eye glasses at JCPenny. When at JCPenney their sale at the time made it much cheaper for me to purchase the glasses without using the groupon. The clerk in the store told me to call Groupon and the $75 I paid for the Groupon would be refunded. I did that and Groupon told me that they could not refund it as it was outside of their 3 day cancel policy. There is no way I could or should be expected to know that the JCPenney sale would be a lower cost within 3 days! I called Groupon and they told me that I would have a $75 refund to my account to use for anything else. Later when I went to purchase another Groupon I found that there was no credit to my account. I called and was told that the 3 day policy meant they could not refund it. I was told that they would. They said they had no record of that. So basically they lied to me on the first call about this. The Groupon is good for much longer than 3 days, so there is no way to have known the price was cheaper at JCPenney. I can only use the $75 at JCPenney for prescription eyeglasses. That is not something I go buy everyday! I have basically wasted $75 for an issue that was not my fault. I have been a very frequent customer of Groupon, but this is horrible customer service. A rip off!
I was able to get a great deal on an XBOX gold membership last weekend. Score!
4 hours to change oil!
AND when it's ready the mechanic realized he put the wrong oil filter in it.
I get daily emails from these people. Annoying. Sometimes they have some good deals, or at least what looks like good deals. I recently ordered one of those robot vacuum cleaners at a great price. It was delivered on time and it worked just fine for about two weeks. Now it doesn't work at all. I emailed Groupon customer service and their response was to tell me that I was on my own. Maybe I should contact the manufacturer of the device. That's not what I wanted to hear.
I would say stay away from Groupon Goods.
GroupOn's C. S. has massively improved, but they still take your credit after 6 months. I challenge this practice. The credit is there because a supplier they provided could not deliver the sold goods. So my money was paid, my money was credited back, and then MY MONEY was taken by GroupOn because I couldn't find anything I wanted to purchase on their site in 6 months!
Would recommend. Made me attend some places I would never decide to go to.
Groupon has the best deals in everything from restaurants, spas, events, clothes, goods & simply everything at discounts that are usually at least 50% off so you can't beat that!?:-)
Looking for an unbeatable deal on massage therapy and thought I found it on Groupon. I mistakenly believed BodyWork Boutique had a location very near my home yet I couldn't verify this until I purchased the $49 Groupon (sneaky, sneaky) and upon doing so, of course discovered I had to make a 40 mile round trip drive to the OTHER location. 40 miles? For a MASSAGE? Not this girl, not when there are therapists galore within a 5 mile radius of my home. Naturally after wasting too much time figuring all this out, Groupon was already in possession of my $49 and was in no hurry to give me a refund. They gaily informed me I have a $49 Groupon Bucks credit to use for another fabulous Groupon deal but this isn't what I wanted. I wanted the $49 credited back to my credit card and made my desire quite clear only no one seemed to be listening. Like I was speaking Greek when I asked for my money back. Having no other choice but to pick up the phone and call them-- e-mails were getting me nowhere-- I had to Google Groupon's customer service phone number as it is impossible to find it on their website. Of course they were closed but did manage to have a live chat with one of their reps. She also was delighted to inform me I had $49 in Groupon Bucks to put toward another amazing Groupon deal. I was beginning to feel I was in the internet Twilight Zone and told her-- AGAIN, IN PLAIN ENGLISH--that I didn't WANT Groupon Bucks, that I'd never use Groupon again! She finally seemed to comprehend and told me in 3-10 business days I'd have a refund to my credit card. This statement always baffles me-- how they get my money in less than 10 minutes but how it takes up to 10 BUSINESS DAYS to get my money back! Very unpleasant, disappointing first experience with this sneaky site, will never use it again and I advise others to beware, beware, beware.
I have used groupon for years, spent thousands. I had a dispute and was dealing with rude customer service agents who deactivated my account instead of resolving the issue. According to Stephen K. It is their right at anytime. So be warned paid for and unused groupons are unattainable. They deactivated with no warning. Their customer service held against me reasons as I wanted a refund for a business that has closed their doors before the Groupon expired. They have lost a loyal customer and Groupon gift giver, I will make sure everyone I know and deal with deactivates and deletes Groupon before they are treated in the same manner.
Everything comes on time and usually god quality depending what you buy. The Italian silver is wonderful wear them daily even in the shower.
Answer: Yes, Groupon is legit. You need to read the fine print before ordering live event tickets- -they will not refund your money even if it's there fault. I only buy tickets for activities that don't expire or you can use the purchase price towards a non-Groupon service the vendor offers. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes, report it but using social media is a very effective way to get a companies attention. Spread the word, Groupon does not honor returns!
Answer: I usually call the merchants I am interested in before buying the coupons, and ask them if the groupon coupons work, and how much more I have to pay. You could do the same, contact the merchants you are interested in and ask them how groupon works for them?
Answer: Groupon usually sends a tracking # via email If not do as the other people suggested, check My Groupons
Answer: I wish I could say why, but a solution might be to contact Call Curtis, or your local News station that helps with consumer issues. They always seem to get fast resolutions, because companies hate BAD TV PUBLICITY.
Answer: I personally do not trust groupon. The question previous to yours printed on this site should answer your question as to its reliaiblity
Answer: The one I took by Holly and Hugo at least were I would research the company before buying. Also about twice a year they put all their courses for $5! I got mine completed it and it helped boost my resume and I was able to get a vet assistant job pretty quickly compared to before where I only got a call back from about one place which didn't lead anywhere. :) hope I could help!
Answer: Well, it's not Ideeli anymore... it's been Ideel for about a year now I think. Yes, there is a customer support phone number. I've had nothing but good experiences from Ideel in all regards - product satisfaction, price, shipping, etc. - but I've never had to contact customer service so I don't know what you'll get, but they're phone number is (888) 835-1719.
Answer: They are the absolute worst about answering customer service complaints. They will lie, they literally told me customer service reps were out sick, thus no answer to my emails for about 2 weeks. But, don't loose hope, the DAY I posted a review on this site, they answered AND gave me a 25.00 credit for my trouble. So write a review on Site Jabber with all the details and a bet a manager will answer promptly. As this is their way, I NEVER ordered from the site again after at least 3 years of orders. Good Luck and don't leave a sordid detail out of your complaint.
