Cheap tickets and fast booking service, not hidden fees, all transparent. Do not have need to communicate with support. Hope will be no need in future too.

I have bought plane tickets from Gotogate a few times by now. Their price tends to be a bit cheaper than the published prices on the airline's website. Everything so far has exactly as it was supposed to.
Although, the price is competitive, there are so many steps to follow before purchasing the ticket.
The email confirmation doesn't include airline confirmation code, and it is making it difficult to manage the booking directly on the airline website.
I am not planning to use your website for future travel plan.

I tried using the confirmation number and email to check my booking details in order to get the reference number. Every time I enter the confirmation number I get asked to verify my email but it brings me back to the same page for checking your bookings. When I verify my email and enter my confirmation code again it gives me an error message saying "this service is temporarily unavailable". I need to the reference number in order to cancel my booking on the Norse Atlantic Airlines website.

I bought a baggage online when I got to the airport they would not accept my receipt and said I had to pay again call customer service stating that I was not satisfied and that this should not be my problem because I did everything I was told to do and even paid money And the rep hung up on me
Booking through them is just simple and easy, I had booked today for my tour to Bankok. And all done with few clicks of details through my phone. No extra charges.
I realized after purchasing airline tickets with GoToGate that I need to purchase additional services from GoToGate in order to receive SMS flight updates and booking. I paid 12.98 CAD for these SMS updates.
But my flight was canceled by airline a couple of days before the flight, and I was fully reimbursed for this by airline.
But guess what? GotoGate told me that all their additional services are non refundable.
Even if it was not me who canceled the flight. So, they take money, cancel service and reject reimbursement! What an excessive desire for money!
Tried to book on 2 different airlines through Gotogate. They try to sell you extras every step of the way and when I entered my card details to pay the price went up by over £200 so I aborted the transaction.
Avoid this scamming company at all cost.

Worst experience and customer service ever
I wanted to change the dates they refused and refunded me only half the price paid altho they promised more
And i informed them 5 times that my bank account is closed and needed to change but they didnt take it into consideration and my refund is still pending
WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS AGENCY WORST ONE
