Poor poor poor. If I knew that i had to hop through hoops for information on a ticket that I paid for, I would never use GoToGate. First and last time using it.

I booked a flight for my son and I. It was confirmed and then my husband booked his flight on another website ( big price difference) and Go To Gate just canceled my 2 tickets! We are now stuck!
The experience was not too bad, but it was annoying having the booking attempt rejected twice before going through... with the same information. It was also unpleasant seeing all of the breakdowns/efforts to collect payment for actions that have always been considered "decent customer service."
Go to Gate was little bit more for booking than others shown yet often those others didn't show some taxes that get added later.
And Go to Gate is good with communication to help you travel easily.
