I purchased two pairs of glasses on October 10,2019. I have an extremely high prescription and they said that they could produce my glasses with no problem. I know nothing is perfect. I was emailed that my glasses were in production a few days after I placed my order. Then I got an email saying I needed to change my lenses to the 1.74 as my prescription was too high. It was going to be an additional $80. I paid it and then I got an email saying the frames I chose would not work. I chose another frame and then got another email saying the Oakley frame I chose is now out of stock. I chose another Oakley frame. Then I received an email saying that my other frames the Carreras that I ordered initially in October would not fit my lenses either. Mind you I got that email about the Carrera frames in November. I canceled the Carrera frames hoping to get the Oakley frames I ordered. It is now November and I have been calling them every day since October in between emails trying to get an update and continuously get the run around that they are going to escalate my order, that a manager will call me and none of that has happened. Also now with the additional cost for those upgraded lenses, the deal I thought I would get is none I don't have my glasses and they have my money and no one will give me an answer when I call. They said the refund also for the glasses I canceled that they said they could not produce will take up to 30 days. Extremely bad business.

They did refund certain funds that I paid. They finally sent me my glasses I ordered on October 10,2019, on Dec 6,2019. They did not get my prescription correct. My glasses have one prescription lens on the right and the left has a regular stock lens that is not a prescription. I really feel they did this purposefully as on my prescription clearly states that I should have a balanced lens for my left eye. I really feel this is their way of making fun of my vision as I that I only have vision in my left eye. They seem to have made this personal as I have been on them asking Glasses USA where my glasses that I ordered are and now that I have been speaking with another agency
Ordered glasses without UV block. Called them within an hour to cancel the order. Phone rep said no problem he will add UV block at no cost. Chatted with them and was told tints come with UV block.
Get the glasses 12 days later and here is now block. Now waiting on refund which apparently never comes. They could have offered a quick replacement. Will wait couple of more days and file a dispute with CC company.

Buyers beware! The warranty is garbage, I've had my glasses for 6 months and the glasses recieved a large scratch. I wouldn't have been so mad but when I purchased them they claimed to be "scratch resistant". No where on them stated that that wasn't a guarantee. I asked for my money back they said they could only offer a partial refund, I told them unacceptable please send me new ones or refund me 100 percent. CROOKS! I told them I would write bad reviews because this is crazy and guess what response I recieved twice in a row? "We are sorry if our terms and conditions did not meet your expectations". I cannot stand companies where the customer does not always come out on top, I even sent them pictures. I could understand if i had the glasses for 3 years but 6 months? 1 week after ordering my glasses I get a notification saying I need prism... ok please proceed without them.
2 weeks later (it has not been 3 weeks since I have ordered my glasses): THE FRAME YOU CHOSE IS UNFORTUNATELY OUT OF STOCK?! Are they being serious? "Please choose a new frame" Yeah so I can wait another 3 weeks for them to even ship?!

I decided I would try this Internet glasses as it seemed like a cheaper way to get Quality glasses. I was wrong. The guarantee sounds good if they actually follow through. I am extremely disappointed as I had intended to use the service for all my glasses in the future. The frames seem fine and perhaps it works fine for just the typical situation. There certainly is no effort to make good on "satisfaction guaranteed ".

Got my glasses, love the frame, but the lenses aren't right. Went to my optician to check the lenses. I contacted them and they won't take the return - over 14 days. Doesn't matter why. Avoid at all costs. There are many other good online sources.

I cancelled my order within 24 hours of placing it. I asked about a refund, the lady said yes it would be issued... when? I waited a few days and called again. The lady spoke with a heavy accent and extremely difficult to understand her English. I asked about the refund, she said they have up to 30 days, I said can you tell me if it was even processed. I have no idea what she said, then she said when it's processed in another dept. they will send it to my email, i questioned that-then she stated a confirmation would be. Mind you, I have sent an email asking about refund with a auto response and no actual response. I am guessing they have processed my cancellation, and hoping for a refund. And no, it has not been 30 days, but from what I could decipher-my order is cancelled and she stated whenever they have the glasses returned, I stated I didn't get them, I cancelled and she said oh ya, when it gets to a dept they will refund. I am hoping it just got cancelled and I get my money back. The refund time is lengthy when the glasses were never even made.

Returning customer: I was told I could not return a $200 pair of reading glasses (because the vision is blurry in the right eye) The reason I was given, by Ashley, was that at the time of the glasses purchase, I did not buy additional protection that allowed for a return.

Buyer beware, do no plan on returning glasses from this site. Although the glasses came within the set timeframe, if you expect a refund you will wait. Absolutely ridiculous that they withdraw from your account for purchase within 24 hours, but give themselves a month to reimburse your money if the product isn't to your satisfaction. A company that services worldwide doesn't have a supervisor on the weekends to assist? How is it that they stay in business?? Appalled that Hillary Duff even aligns her name to such a shabby company. In short, please; please save the money and buy from a more reputable company like I should've. Still waiting on my refund and its been processing for a week after being "approved." At this point it has been 10 business days since I ordered my glasses and all they can say is that they are in production. All the information says It should only take up to 6 business days to produce them and then up to 48 hours for quality control. The customer service answered an email requesting information at day 7 with we will contact production. This time I called and all they can say is we sent a request to expedite. I have given them 3 buisness days to complete the order or it will be canceling it.

This would've been my first time ordering with GlassesUSA but a week after already have paid for my glasses, no one in customer service could help me locate them. I contacted them via phone number, live chat on their website, email, and even through facebook messnger! Someone even said a supervisor would look into it, i have yet to hear back from any "supervisors". I would stay far away from this place if you value great customer service, because at GlassesUSA it does not exist. Also my refund is gonna take about 30 days for glasses i paid for and they did not make.

On 9/20/2019, I ordered 2 pairs of prescription eyeglasses. On 9/25/2019, I received an email saying that they were unable to make one of my pairs of eyeglasses. They said that I could order another pair of frames that would work with my prescription, but I didn't like the options. I have an older pair of glasses in a similar frame that I will continue to wear. As a result, I called and requested a refund for the frames, lenses, and warranty that they were unable to make for me. They said that I had to fill out an rma form, even though they never made and delivered the glasses. They sent me a link to fill out, so I filled it out and submitted it on 9/25/2019. They then called me later that evening trying to get me to order a different pair of glasses. I told them that I did not want a different pair, and that I had my heart set on the pair that I had ordered. They said that they would refund my money and then put my complete order on hold, which pushed back the completion of my other pair of glasses. I had called a few times and they said my glasses would be refunded and they were making the other pair of glasses. On 10/12/2019 I received the pair of glasses that they did make for me, but they still had not refunded me for the pair of glasses they could not make. I called again and they were till giving me the runaround about refunding me my money. As a result, I filled a grievance with my state's attorney general, I filed a dispute with my credit card company, and I filed a dispute with Amazon (since I paid through Amazon). Amazon is very good and I have received an email now saying that I will be receiving a refund. I truly don't think they would have moved any faster if it weren't for Amazon. I will not be doing business with again in the future. I have since read plenty of bad reviews about them and will be adding my experience to this and other websites. If you choose to purchase from them, I would suggest using the pay through Amazon option and working directly with Amazon for any billing disputes.

The customer service on Glasses USA is absolutely horrible. I ordered three pairs of glasses, two of which shipped. I have to email 3-4 times to get an answer on the status of the last one. Each time I get a different answer. Finally, I got an answer that the last pair was back-ordered. I asked for my money back. No response. I asked for my money back again, again no response. Finally I had to file a charge back and they came back with a tracking number for the ones already shipped. It is ridiculous that I have to go thru this much trouble to get my money back. Not one even apology for the inconvenience, not to mention the lying.

Just got my glasses and I'm not sure if it's because my prescription changed or the lenses are bigger so they just feel different but I'm not sure the prescription is correct or not and the glasses feel awfully breakable but I'm gonna give it a bit before i decide or not.

In some cases, unfortunately, glasses might not pass quality assurance, which means they need to be remade. Shipping times are unfortunately mostly beyond our control as we depend upon our carriers to deliver the products in a timely manner. Answer: I ordered a pair on 3rd Nov and was still waiting on 20 Nov. I canceled them On the 21st. A rep called and convinced me to give them a second chance...big mistake. I gave them a second shot and resubmitted the order on the 21st. The rep assured me that the glasses would be shipped in 6 days. Taking into account Thanksgiving the glasses should have be shipped on the 30th but they were still in production and, again no real customer service. I canceled and drove to America's Best. In 15 minutes I ordered glasses and they were $30.00 less than glassesusa. I don't recommend that company.
