Ordered online the last week of September. Got a text on September 28th saying my glasses were in production. Still no glasses. Have called Customer Service several times. They know NOTHING and are NO help. Sent another Email asking for a phone call from anyone in the US and for an updated invoice. NO CALL from anyone and NO UPDATED INVOICE. If Glasses USA has any employee who lives in the USA, I certainly haven't been able to communicate with them.
ABSOLUTELY THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE, EVER! Don't waste your time and money with this bogus company.

From start to finish I had problems. None of the promo codes work if you are purchasing name brand glasses, so the codes are pretty much fake to get you to the site. I bought 2 pairs of sunglasses, first pair of Rayban's for my wife, she was excited. Glasses show up... wrong glasses were sent out. No problem right, quick return and they will send the right ones, after all it was their mistake. WOW was I wrong... They need you to send the glasses back, then they "process" them, then they will correct THEIR mistake and send you the correct glasses... hopefully. It doesn't stop there... they aren't able to expedite the shipping on returns... Seriously? Who made the mistake here? Did my $178 come in crypto currency or something? Or did you guys make a mistake and send the wrong glasses? Cant wait to be done with this company! Spend your money elsewhere.
Oh ya, and when I asked to speak to a manager they said "there are no managers available, call back in an hour". Really? Wow...

I missed the order return date by 1 day because i was out of town the week they finally got shipped to me... they would not refund me... they are false advertisers... i couldnt see out of my glasses at all... went to my eye doctor to verify my perscription and then called them right after that... i would trust these people unless you just want to throw away your money... companies like this is why internet business get a bad name... time to see talk to the BBB about their false advertising... they shouldnt be advertising 100% money back gaurantee... do not order from them! PURE SCAM
At first, I was thrilled with the ease of use on the website, and the great selection of glasses. I ordered a regular pair and a pair of polarized sunglasses. The fit on the sunglasses was not good, so I contacted the company and requested an exchange. They emailed a prepaid return label. After the package was received I contacted them, and was told that the return box was empty. I told them to look at the weight of the box and they could tell that it was not empty. Then I received an email that I was approved to exchange for an equal or lessor value of the least expensive pair (and that was not what I returned). I was also given the option, at the time I initiated the exchange, to get a credit on my credit card, or get a 110% exchange. I choose the exchange. That is not true! I am now told that I can only get an exchange value of $131 (instead of the $211 plus 10%). I am also told that there is nothing I can do about this. Buyers beware!
When I ordered my Glasses I was so excited because I finally found a great company. When I got my two pairs (one sunglasses the other normal everyday) the everyday prescription was wrong so I sent them back. When I sent them back they emailed me saying the product was no longer in production and that I would have to pick a new set of glasses to be produced. Fine not a big deal, so I did. Three weeks went by, not a work from the company and I had no glasses. Therefore I emailed them again, they never put my glasses in production and I went through the whole process again. Less than a week later I received my new glasses, cracked and broken on the frames. I returned them again and they AGAIN put them into production for the 3rd time. Once again a week later I got them. Opened them up, they were not new glasses or if they were I wouldn't have known because they were still broken. I am not in an ongoing fight to get my money back because they keep sending me broken glasses. I do not recommend ever using this company and if you do hope you get lucky. The customer service is poor and the quality is even worse. If I could give them 0 stars I would.

Web site says 2 to 3 business days to approve your prescription. And 10 business days for standard shipping. Or 12.95 for 3 to 5 business days exspress shipping. I paid for exspress shipping and after 9 business days I still did not receive my order. I then called to check and ask about my order. Which then they told me there is a 2 to 6 business day production time inbetween the prescription days and delivery days that is not listed on there web site. So I wanted a return on my 12.95 for exspress shipping for false advertisement which in return they changed my shipping to standard shipping of 10 business days. So now over 10 business days have past and I still have not recieved my order which will now take even longer then 10 more business days and is total bs on there web site and leading people on with out giving the proper info before making an order. I should have already recieved my order by the info they lead you on to believe by.

The advertising is misleading, the processing/delivery time is slow, customer service is poor, had to return glasses twice, the first pair was too tight, the second pair too big, requested a full refund and was told "as per their policy" I will get a store credit which I do not want. I want a full refund due to the misleading, bait & switch methods, along with all the aforementioned sales techniques used during this very unpleasant transaction. Have filed a dispute with my bank over this transaction. Buyer beware nothing is as it appears to be!

In some cases, unfortunately, glasses might not pass quality assurance, which means they need to be remade. This unfortunately means that we have to start again from scratch, but as a rule we do not send out any glasses that did not meet our quality standards. Shipping times are unfortunately mostly beyond our control as we depend upon our carriers to deliver the products in a timely manner. Answer: I ordered a pair on 3rd Nov and was still waiting on 20 Nov. I canceled them On the 21st. A rep called and convinced me to give them a second chance...big mistake. I gave them a second shot and resubmitted the order on the 21st. The rep assured me that the glasses would be shipped in 6 days. Taking into account Thanksgiving the glasses should have be shipped on the 30th but they were still in production and, again no real customer service. I canceled and drove to America's Best. In 15 minutes I ordered glasses and they were $30.00 less than glassesusa. I don't recommend that company.
