Received USPS tracking number on March 11th. As of March 23, USPS website STILL says "awaiting package". Called and emailed GlassesUSA numerous times, keep getting canned "we are looking into it" response. I've been shipping packages for 10+ years -tracking numbers are assigned when labels are printed- not when the post office receives the item. USPS scans packages when they receive them, and the tracking response changes to received, shipped, etc.- if not immediately certainly within a couple of days -its been 9 business days! I asked one rep to please overnight them, as it had been 8 days of no tracking updates- she hung up on me. Apparently they lost them but won't admit it. Stay away!
I ordered a pair of Ray-Ban prescritpion sunglasses from them, and they came to me without the Ray-Ban logo on them (by the way, on the website it does not mention that it will not come without the logo). Then when I tried to contact customer service to get a refund for the lenses, I was on the phone for over an hour, hung up on once, and put on hold at least 10 times before they connected me to a "manager" who would not give me a refund for the lenses which i had no idea would not have the logo on them. Moral of the story. Don't buy Ray-bans here.

I ordered glasses and never received an order confirmation, I called the company and was surprised when the call was not answered in the USA like the company name suggests it would be. They told me my order was in Q&A and would ship the next day. Today I get another email saying my order got to Q&A so I called and they said they would be shipping from Israel sometime "soon". I explained that I needed these ASAP and paid for expedited shipping and they said they would refund the expedited shipping fee and I told them I needed to cancel as I cannot wait for them to be shipped from Israel. She told me I cannot cancel this order, that is their policy. The company is not located in the USA. They are located in Israel. The company is fraudulently doing business by calling itself GlassesUSA and not located in this country.

Horrible customer service and work ethic! Been about three weeks now and still no updates on where my package is! It shipped 10 days ago and still nothing. Keep chatting with representatives who have no clue where your glasses are and continue to repeat "keep checking in for an updated status". Ok... I've been checking in for more than 2 weeks now. EDIT: I'd like to point out no one has contacted me despite the message from Customer Service. In my last conversation with CS chat, they said a supervisor would call me - never heard from them, either. I've now been waiting for 2 weeks for glasses that have a bogus tracking number.
I have been waiting for 9 days for tracking information on my supposedly shipped frames... the tracking number doesn't work, and I keep getting a run-around from customer service with canned responses. "As soon as USPS processes the order you will see your tracking information" or "you will see tracking information in a couple days" - if it was shipped over a week ago, why am I not seeing tracking data? Confused and disappointed and wondering if I got scammed at this point.

Bait and switch. Website says up to 3 days in production, up to 2 day in quality, and then ship. Well a week later the website says still in production. I called and the rude over seas service people say it can take up to 7 days in production? She said I'll probably get my glass in a week. This place is seeming more and more like a scam. I really wish I had read the reviews first, and never ordered from them.

I returned my glasses for an exchange because I could not see distance clearly. I sent several emails and called them multiple times asking one question. "were the glasses made correctly or is the prescription wrong"? I am absolutely positive they are going to send my original glasses back to me and claim that they remade them. They didn't respond to most of my emails, when they did respond the answer was completely irrelevant to the question I asked. Customer service can not answer questions over the phone. When I call I'm told that a manager is currently unavailable to talk, a manager will return my call the same day. No one has returned my phone calls. The return policy is 100% refund on 1st returns only. If you need to return them a 2nd time you can only get a store credit. My advise to everyone is. Buy your glasses somewhere else. If you buy them from GlassesUSA and need to return them, TAKE THE REFUND! DO NOT EXCHANGE THEM!

I am really impressed with the quality of the two glasses that I had purchased a couple weeks ago. I got two really nice brands for a really affordable price. I love the deals they have on their website and I also really appreciate the return policy for peace of mind when purchasing a frame. I think it's within 10 days no questions asked.
Please, I am begging you, do NOT buy glasses from this company. During COVID-19 they were not understanding at all with their return policy. I am a teacher and during these last two weeks I have been in over my head taking my courses online, while I have simaltaneously lost another job and am struggling to provide for my family. They showed absolutely zero empathy in that I was 2 days late exchanging my $300 glasses and won't let me even return them for site credit. I have spoken with two members on their team. Disgraceful.

Placed an order three weeks ago and finally received a notification that my glasses have shipped. Honestly, their prices aren't even that great unless you have a coupon code. You can go to a brick and mortar store and receive glasses in a more timely fashion for the same price.

I ordered A pair of non prescription sunglasses over two weeks ago. I was Aware of their "production" and "quality control" times although I am Not sure how those pertain to my order. I have Been waiting to receive a tracking number but nothing yet. I contacted Customer service to inquire about my order and I was Given their typical robotic answer informing me of their "production" and "quality control" procedures which I already knew about and made me more irritated. I tried To cancel the order but I was Informed that it is too late to do so. Now, two weeks later I am Still waiting to hear about a shipping date. Maybe before the summer ends. I will Never order from them again, very disappointed with how long they take and their lack of interest when contacted.

I would have thought for $300. Cdn that Quality Control would have been something that would have taken precedence, I had to repair my glasses before I could use them. The screw for the left nose pad was missing, but the pad was in the box. Good thing I had a spare pair of glasses. Paying an extra $37. For Duty: I hate hidden charges. I had them shipped to my work, and my boss paid $37 because someone didn't get the memo that I already paid the duty. NEVER Again..

Stay away. They promise the world and give zero. No customer service and if you try to get a refund for glasses you paid for but never received. Forget it! Three weeks no glasses, no response
I attempted to review these glasses once, and Glasses USA apparently didn't like what I had to say, so I'll try again here I like these Oakleys a lot (Split Shot shiny black). What I don't like is the fact that the prescription lenses they put in them distort my depth perception so badly that I am unable to wear them for fear of tripping over a curb, or step. It's so bad that I get a bit light-headed if I try to wear them. Since I had returned one pair for the same reason (I was hoping this pair would be better since the lenses appeared to be less curved) and a second pair for being made wrong (very crooked) Glasses USA refused to allow a return on these. So, I'm stuck with a $300.00 pair of sunglasses that I can't use. Lesson learned, and a customer lost. Thanks Glasses USA.
I ordered my daughter's glasses a week ago and they still say they are in production. I haven't even got an updated email with the status of them. I guess maybe because there hasn't been any since I placed the order. I just did call them this morning & they told me there was a delay in the order, but couldn't provide me with why. My daughter has a vision driver's screen soon & she needs these replacement glasses.

Would not ship as they could not verify my contact prescription, I sent it to them 3 times but still would not ship. They were rude and very unhelpful, they really didn't care if I was a customer or not.

After a long wait came a pair of glasses with a too low & tilted bifocal line - too low on one side, even lower on the other side. Thought it couldn't get worse, but after weeks of communicating with them the second attempt were not even bifocals - they skipped the reading lenses altogether.

I was so excited when I first placed my order. It was fun to try on the different frames using their virtual uploader. I even opted for express shipping for what seemed like a good BOGO deal. It did not take long to receive my glasses by mail, eight days.
There was an issue; however, my glasses came delivered in the wrong frame - the wrong brand, color, and did not fit on my face at all. Though the prescription was correct and lenses of good quality (1.6 index light and thin, premium), the other pair of glasses was broke, so I had to return both.
I received a return authorization (RMA), and the return was in the mail! I waited and waited but never did hear anything back. USPS had trouble locating the factory for the replacement, and all of my emails remained unanswered.
After 3-4 weeks and several more unanswered emails later, I still had no glasses and was out $300. The only way to reach somebody was through the GlassesUSA Facebook page. I received the canned response that the returns department would be in touch. If I at least had a tracking number or some way of knowing the status of my return. But, nothing. I had to contact the BBB.
Luckily, here, I received an answer. All of my emails had now been answered, and I even received a tracking number. I was very happy - though production + shipping would be another 12+ days away.
Still, I wait in anticipation. I am glad this issue is close to being resolved and anxiously await my new glasses. I would not say do not order from this company, but be cautious and hope that everything goes well the first time. Do realize that the returns policy, while in place, is very arduous and time-consuming.

In some cases, unfortunately, glasses might not pass quality assurance, which means they need to be remade. This unfortunately means that we have to start again from scratch, but as a rule we do not send out any glasses that did not meet our quality standards. Shipping times are unfortunately mostly beyond our control as we depend upon our carriers to deliver the products in a timely manner. Our delivery department works toe to toe with all of our carriers to make sure our glasses are delivered as promptly as possible. We also offer a variety of shipping options that ensure a faster delivery for any interested customers, but our customers need to keep in mind shipping times do not include production time. Our customer service is available by phone, email, chat and social media around the clock, 24\7. Answer: I ordered a pair on 3rd Nov and was still waiting on 20 Nov. I canceled them On the 21st. A rep called and convinced me to give them a second chance...big mistake. I gave them a second shot and resubmitted the order on the 21st. The rep assured me that the glasses would be shipped in 6 days. Taking into account Thanksgiving the glasses should have be shipped on the 30th but they were still in production and, again no real customer service. I canceled and drove to America's Best. In 15 minutes I ordered glasses and they were $30.00 less than glassesusa. I don't recommend that company.
