The "Ray Ban" glasses I received didn't have the Ray Ban logo on the glass or on a the frames. Ray Ban says No Logo = FAKE. They were VERY POOR QUALITY. I Reordered my glasses directly from Ray Ban & they are Great
Takes forever to get the glasses.
First they shipped me an empty box.
No kidding an empty box. Ok, it wasnt empty, it had a case in it. But no glasses.
Waited 30 minutes on hold to speak with someone who didn't have a clear command of the english language. Couldn't understand a word they said.
Then I went through the chat to see if I could figure out what happened.
They said a mistake was made.
The would have to remake the glasses and it would be another 2 weeks.
Shipping is through USPS and it takes at least a week.
So after a month I may... or may not get the glasses.
Also be aware of the $7.95 glasses case they stick on to your order.
I didn't even realize it was stuck on my bill.
Terrible, terrible terrible customer service don't order anything from them they will take your money and leave you blind literally. My bad for trying them without looking at reviews

I ordered glasses from Glasses USA.com and The service has been terrible. They say they shipped days ago. The gave me a tracking number that still does not work. I called the USPS and they verified we have not received the package. I have emailed the company and chatted about my order several times. They do not communicate with other departments or each other. I will never order from them again. Horrible service. Every time I call a different excuse or lie.

As my previous review of GlassesUSA mentioned the shipping and delays. I haven't received any update from them or any email. As far as refund is concerned they had processed the refund but my bank actually shows part of the payment and not full. I have requested a statement mentioning the refund as proof.
While I was trying to get hold of them on live chat I was connected with Mariz Linvern and after I mentioned my query she disconnected the chat. I dont know why.
They may attract millions with their prices but I would like to mention that please stay away from them. Customer service is weak and you cannot get hold of any senior or supervisor or manager. These people have no coordination among their departments. Customer service is just there to listen and nothing else. The management is to blame. YOU GUYS SHOULD EITHER SERVE OR STOP THE BUSINESS.
I placed my ordered for RB clubmaster prescription on Mar 19. It has crossed the 6 business days production time and Quality Check of 2 business days.
Every enquiry on web chat, phone, email is a copy-paste response to my issue.
They don't have any response or not even an initiative to check and email back on when will they ship. I have called emailed them several times.
As a customer I do get attracted with their deal and collection. But with this kind of after sales and customer service I dont think I will shop again.
As soon as I get my sunglasses I will never deal with them again. I dont care if they do it wrong.

On there site it states 2-4 business days for production 1-2days quality check then shipping I talked with rep and even though it's been 10 business since I ordered they said ooo it finished quality check today now its gonna be 1-2 business days after quality check to ship it then I still have to wait the 2-3 business days I paid for to get to me.

I bought $500 worth of glasses (4 pairs) all had to be returned because none of them had the correct prescription. All four were not wearable. So I sent them back had to get information from them about the credit. So I placed another order and paid to have them sent right away. We are now passed that date and still nothing has shipped. It's been in production for over 5 days. I asked for information and they (the rep) said they had to send an email and someone would get back to me. A day later still have no information and I placed a 2nd order with these jokers and still nothing on that one either. I'm going to ask for a refund on both. Tried contacting them again and the rep said I'll send an email for you to the production department. He didn't like that I said someone already did that two days ago and stopped talking to me.

I have been really excited for my glasses to come in, and when I received the email that they were on their way and I could track my package, I was over the moon. I went to link, it brought me to their website. I typed in my email and tracking number. Then a message came up saying the info was unavailable. It was late at night so I figured I would try again in the morning because maybe the service wasn't 24 hours.
Clicked the link in my email the next morning, plugged in all my info. Still wasn't going through, so I switched computers. Same problem. I figured customer service might be able to tell me, so I called the number. Each time, the call hung up on me/disconnected (I called 3 times and clicked different options every time, too). So then I figured I would try the live chat.
I followed all the steps, someone replied with "Hi Destinee!" AS SOON AS I ASKED MY QUESTION, HE LEFT THE CHAT.
I wish I had listened to all the other reviews before spending here. It was a waste of my time and resources.
I've been waiting for my glasses for a week. Still says they're in production, but when I try to track my order it immediately brings me back to the previous page? I've never had problems before, but the quality of all the glasses I've ordered is pretty crappy. Wont order from here again.

Buyer beware! I should have done my homework with this company before ordering. Ordered on 3-15-2020 checked tracking 6 days later. Note to call them came up on tracking. Called. They informed me that the frame I choose was not available! No notification until I called. They then sent an email to inform me!. Chose a new frame a couple of days later still waiting for my glasses! Toady is the 9th of April. Hoping when they eventually get here? That they are correct. Will never do this again. SHAME ON THE OWNERS OF THIS TERRIBLE COMPANY.

After my initial review, Glasses USA got in touch with me. Though not admitting any responsibility, Glasses USA did replace my glasses.
They lost my glasses and blamed me.
The site indicated they had received my package. The site indicated my glasses were in production. The site indicated my glasses were in final, quality inspection. Then, the site said they were shipped.
All lies. Now, they claim they have not received them.
I bought a pair of glasses to keep in reserve. When the time came to use them it was noted that the left bifocal lens Rx is incorrect. (There are a fair number of 1 star reviews complaining about prescription errors.)
Like others who have written about their poor experience with glasses USA customer service team, I too was somewhat amused by the obvious lack of options given to employees to make frontline decisions. Their standby is the 14 Day Return policy. It appears that it's simply easier to click on a canned response than to think how can they remedy their error. The potential cost of lost future customers based on negative reviews is far greater than what it costs to do the right thing in the name of "customer service." Otherwise...
During this online experience I received a confirmation email for the purchase of a new pair of glassesglasses I had not ordered. I immediately notified customer service of their error and asked them to remove my credit card information from their system, as they had automatically used my AmEx card info for the purchase. I received an email stating that they don't store customer financial information on their servers. I took a screenshot of the confirmation email showing the use of my AmEx card and mailed it to the rep. No response.
Not sure this company can be trusted.

The purchase process was easy and great. The price was exceptional. Unfortunately the glasses I received did not match the prescription that was uploaded. I had purchased the 1 year warranty which allowed for a return to get the fixed or full refund if not satisfied. I returned the glasses using the free return able provided by Glasses USA. They arrived in two days. First I received notification from the post office that there was no one at the recipient address. Later I received notification from USPS that they had been accepted. Today, three days later, I received the unopened box back with a notification that they were refused by the recipient! I contacted Glasses USA via Chat and after one-half hour the customer service rep was totally confused as he states they system shows the glasses returned. I uploaded an image of the glasses as proof they they did not have them and included images of the label that showed they were refused and the address where they were returned to (Optimax Fullfilment 1750 Central Ave Roseville IL *******-1682). Now I can't generate a new return request as the GlassesUSA sytem shows them as being returned. An absolute cluster ****! Trust me, you are better off paying a bit more and dealing with a real company that stands behind their warranty/return policy.
*Update* Management reached out to offer an alternative resolution. The frustration was mainly from receiving "automated" responses bypassing the initial question "Can I have my glasses fixed? I don't need a replacement, refund, or exchange since I've only received these pairs for 1 month only... " and a simple " No repairs" or an explanation that 365 Days Manufacture Warranty = 50% (max) store credit would've saved me a lot of time. Instead, I keep getting "No returns, no refunds after 14 days" e-mail generated response, Calling them doesn't help and they only offer this after I posted my initial review. To be fair, their website is easy to use and glasses are pretty but again, there will be no repairs even if it's a loose part from construction and instead of getting the matter addressed you will be rerouted for the umpteenth time to another management level. Overall, the glasses are nice but there's only a 14 days window to make sure the product is good.

Original: I purchased 2 pairs of sunglasses. Four days later they emai me stating I need to pay another $70 to upgrade due to my prescription. You would think their system would flag that prior to the customer giving them their money since you have to input your prescription. They said they proceed with the order unless I pay more and pick different frames. So I email them back requesting a cancellation. No reply. I call and they say I have to submit a form like it is 2012. Why would I need to request a cancellation on something you already told me you can't proceed with? Frustrating. UPDATE: GlassesUSA contacted me to upgrade my prescription at no additional cost. I accepted and am awaiting my sunglasses. I much happier with this company and would consider them in the future. I will provide another update when sunglasses arrive.

Received the sunglasses in a little over 2 weeks. I am happy with my purchase. Thought the sunglasses would be a little bigger based on the "try on" option and the actual photo. Plan to buy regular glasses from this company.
Ordering via the website is easy but terrible follow through as far as getting your glasses and contact lenses. First of all, the production takes far longer than they represent. You get a text or email saying "in production" then nothing else for a week. Then you get "in quality control" another 2-3 business days, then processing for shipment, another 2-3 business days, then, if you are lucky, things get shipped accurately and expect another week and that is with expedited shipping. My son broke his glasses and needed something fast. I ordered my son's glasses from them because I thought they would be produced and shipped quickly from somewhere in the USA. WRONG. Customer Service is based in the Phillipines (another 0-1 star experience) and the company is in Tel Aviv. Here's PART 2 of my discontent: Because the ordering of the glasses was so smooth, I promptly ordered his contacts since I knew we were getting close to a re-order. I scanned and downloaded his current contact prescription with the order and paid for a 3 month supply. STILL NO CONTACTS. When I called customer service (twice) they told me that the prescription needed to be validated. Because my optometrist's office was closed for COVID, I explained that I had sent a current and valid prescription and it would be impossible to speak with the OD since the office was closed. I was then told to send an email with the prescription again and say that it was valid (what?). Wasn't that the same as the fact that I sent this in with the order? Meanwhile, no glasses, no contacts, and down to 3 pairs of Daily contacts. Thanks Glasses -not-USA.

To be honest, there prices are way more cheaper than the stores. Quality wise its perfect for what you are paying regarding the lenses and the frame.
The only downside is that it takes almost two wks to receive the glasses. If you look at it from the other side youll note that you are paying half of what ure gonna pay in a store but you"ll have to wait for some time. It all depends on how fast do you want your glasses or lenses.
So please stop complaining abt this part.

Answer: I ordered a pair on 3rd Nov and was still waiting on 20 Nov. I canceled them On the 21st. A rep called and convinced me to give them a second chance...big mistake. I gave them a second shot and resubmitted the order on the 21st. The rep assured me that the glasses would be shipped in 6 days. Taking into account Thanksgiving the glasses should have be shipped on the 30th but they were still in production and, again no real customer service. I canceled and drove to America's Best. In 15 minutes I ordered glasses and they were $30.00 less than glassesusa. I don't recommend that company.
