I ordered my glasses last month, received notification a week after that my glasses had passed the quality assurance test and was shipped out on 12/6. Last thing I was informed on was that USPS was awaiting my package's arrival. This was 11 days ago now. Whenever I get ahold of the company via email, I get a copied and pasted response saying they're "sorry I haven't received my glasses yet. There's no delay, we're still in the 7-10 business day frame. Well, this is a joke. Not only do I feel like no one cares but it seems to me that no one even knows where my package is. I asked for a simple answer on where it is. No one seems to know just that it's been shipped out. I called the company last week and was told "your package will be there between 24-48 hours"... still not here. How is that even a guarantee when you can't even tell me where it is? Very unsatisfied. I just want the glasses I ordered and I'll be on my way.

It's been a month since I ordered a pair of progressive glasses, and I still haven't received them. After almost 3 weeks, they still had not started production. Customer service "disconnected" three calls until finally a supervisor assured me they'd be here 2 days ago, or he would give me some compensation. Nope. Now says he can't control the post office, even though the post office just received them this morning. Horrible company, horrible service, and I'm guessing it'll be a horrible product.

Buying eyeglasses online makes me uncertain. I'm not sure, if the glasses will fit correctly or if I will actually like them once I put it on my face. I like the fact that Glasses USA allows you to upload a picture of yourself with the glasses on. It gives you an idea of what they might look like on you. However, I am so happy they have a in-home try on option. Which will give me time to see how the glasses really look on my face.

Having a chance to order inexpensive backup glasses from the clearance stock is awesome! I am always losing or breaking glasses, so spares are just common sense. Having my real prescription makes all the difference in the world, compared to generic "Readers".

In some cases, unfortunately, glasses might not pass quality assurance, which means they need to be remade. Shipping times are unfortunately mostly beyond our control as we depend upon our carriers to deliver the products in a timely manner. Our delivery department works toe to toe with all of our carriers to make sure our glasses are delivered as promptly as possible. We also offer a variety of shipping options that ensure a faster delivery for any interested customers, but our customers need to keep in mind shipping times do not include production time. Our customer service is available by phone, email, chat and social media around the clock, 24\7. Answer: I ordered a pair on 3rd Nov and was still waiting on 20 Nov. I canceled them On the 21st. A rep called and convinced me to give them a second chance...big mistake. I gave them a second shot and resubmitted the order on the 21st. The rep assured me that the glasses would be shipped in 6 days. Taking into account Thanksgiving the glasses should have be shipped on the 30th but they were still in production and, again no real customer service. I canceled and drove to America's Best. In 15 minutes I ordered glasses and they were $30.00 less than glassesusa. I don't recommend that company.
