The "Try on" feature was great, helped me select frames. Great selection and easy check out. I cannot wait to get my glasses and see how perfect they are
Purchased a pair of progessive bifocals. The glasses look great and work fine in daylight. However, in dark conditions (night driving, watching tv in a dark room) the glasses produce a "ghost image" above the viewing area. I assumed this effect was a associated with progressive lenses. However I just purchase the same prescription in a different frame design from Zenni Optical. Crystal clear with not ghost image in any lighing conditions. I contacted GlassesUSA 20 days after receiving the glasses and they told me there was nothing they could due because it was past the 14 day return period. POOR QUALITY!

Your shape of glasses I love it! But none of your fault my eyes Dr. is very old and using old fashion machine eyes test. I discovered my brother and I are have the same eyes I knew it something wrong with lens. Must change the lens then I will be very satisfied!

I have called twice to get an update on my glasses. They cannot get me an answer and only say they appear to still be in production. Then they thought I cancelled the order which I had not as the cancellation was a completely different order number and was for contact lenses. Right now I am incredibly dissatisfied. A positive review will certainly be written if this gets resolved quickly and my products are as promised.

GlassesUSA is a company that scams its customers by claiming short production times and fast delievery, however the reality is far from truth. They are extremely incompetent in delivering their own timeline and will never give any updates regarding your order even when you call them. Stay away from these people. I am going to make sure everyone I know and everyone they know never orders again from this website

Answer: So far it's been a month and still NO glasses, or tracking info. Much longer than the seven to ten buisness days- in Still waiting.
Answer: I got the same B. S. handed to me. After more than double the stated time and lack of response, I cancelled my order and notified my credit card company.

Answer: Dealing with them right now and thats a NO. Horrible customer service and they will loop hole you to no end so that they dont have to give you a refund on their product that does not work. My eyes literally work better without their glasses on my face.

In some cases, unfortunately, glasses might not pass quality assurance, which means they need to be remade. This unfortunately means that we have to start again from scratch, but as a rule we do not send out any glasses that did not meet our quality standards. Shipping times are unfortunately mostly beyond our control as we depend upon our carriers to deliver the products in a timely manner. Our delivery department works toe to toe with all of our carriers to make sure our glasses are delivered as promptly as possible. We also offer a variety of shipping options that ensure a faster delivery for any interested customers, but our customers need to keep in mind shipping times do not include production time. Our customer service is available by phone, email, chat and social media around the clock, 24\7. We can be easily reached at any time, including weekends and holidays at all times to answer any questions and concerns. Our dedicated customer service team works around the clock to make sure any and all issues are taken care of. We are always working on improving all of the above, whether by opening new facilities, working and negotiating our agreements with carriers or expanding our customer service team and making them more efficient. Answer: I ordered a pair on 3rd Nov and was still waiting on 20 Nov. I canceled them On the 21st. A rep called and convinced me to give them a second chance...big mistake. I gave them a second shot and resubmitted the order on the 21st. The rep assured me that the glasses would be shipped in 6 days. Taking into account Thanksgiving the glasses should have be shipped on the 30th but they were still in production and, again no real customer service. I canceled and drove to America's Best. In 15 minutes I ordered glasses and they were $30.00 less than glassesusa. I don't recommend that company.
