The frames on my classes broke (not by me) and I wanted the exact same ones as I really like them. The woman who helped me was so patient and I appreciate her working with me.

Order placed two weeks ago. They have already taken payment. Order still not shipped and the customer service dept is aweful. They cant answer questions. Do not order from this company! The sad part is, i didnt even order a prescription...

I just order my daughter some glasses. I wish there was more of a variety for her age range to choose from. But it was easy to order.

If you want to return your glasses after the 14 day period because of any situation that you might have been in, DO NOT expect this company to give you a refund. Customer service is terrible and it takes a ridiculous amount of time to get help. If you want glasses, go to a lens shop and get them there. They left me utterly broke and I had to uber to get my finances straight.

It was the first time I ever had to buy glasses for myself and the entire process is very costumer friendly! I took 30 minutes trying on glasses and buying was easy by using the same prescription! And in the end I even got an awesome discount! I did it while on the phone with the DMV and it took only 10% of the time! Adulting is great.
