I tried to use the welcome coupon on glasses and it wouldnt work at all and there was a random code applied to my cart already. I was extremely annoyed but I used the live chat to get assistance from a very nice customer service lady! She explained why that code wasnt working (the glasses were on sale) and gave me a different code that would apply to my order! Will use this website again (:

Much less stressful than trying on in physical space. I used to just buy the pair that coincided with giving up on the process. Here, you upload your face and then try on dozens and dozens of glasses on your couch (virtually) and click, done. Fit was perfect, quality was excellent. Price allowed for ordering a couple pairs to mix it up a little. The $400 brick and mortar pair... not going back.
