Unhelpful, what's the point of having a fast response time if no one can solve the problem? Uninformative, and unhelpful at best. You guys knew that my package was lost, but still refused to give me my return. This is fraudulent behavior so you really shouldn't be advertising a money back guarantee. Absolutely ridiculous, and false advertisement.
I was so happy with my last order that I ordered the same frames again in a different color. The prices can't be beat!

Purchasing glasses through this sight is worth looking at. Easy process. Somewhat overwhelming. Found my frame to be huge, much too big for me. Did not expect this to be the case as I had tried them on virtually. Was disappointed by the amount of time it took to ship. They do not mention number of days for processing and such. Slightly misleading. But price and options are great.

I ordered 2 pair of glasses,(I believe in November) they came... neither pair were even. If you put both arms out and put them on a flat surface, only one arm of each par touched the table, one pair had a very rough metal screw. I had several interactions with your company getting a return label. Finally the beginning of January I got the label ( I had asked if they could mail it to me, I don't have a printer and was off work for Winter Break from my job. The message I got back was just to wait until break was over and print it at school. I did and mailed them the day we got back to school. I just got them yesterday. I do like my glasses, both pair are a little loose though. I will not return them... I think it really took a long time for the return process. My total time from ordering them until I got the repaired ones back took way to long... from mid November until the end of January. What do you think?

Took a chance first time ordering a completely new pair of glasses online. Really impressed by quality of frame ( design similar to more expensive frames I had tried on at shops), and communication, website, shipping and case. So affordable, makes me more inclined to get more glasses.

I love my glasses that I ordered, BUT they're a little to wide for my face and are easy to slip off and I don't like wearing them because they go upward from my nose to ear rather than straight across. I took them to my eye Dr. to see if the eye center could make them straight. She said no because that's the way the eyeglasses are made and why I really shouldn't buy them online.
However, I will say that I didn't call GlassesUSA about them, mainly because I didn't feel like sending them back, but now I just wasted my money because I'm not wearing them.
I love my glasses from Glasses USA! They are reliable and consistent. They are also very accurate in their depictions of the glasses online. The "Try On" feature is very useful as well.
Web site/selection process is awkward. Time from order to receipt much too long in today's "instant " society. Glasses fit not good. Doubt I will order glasses online again.
Can't believe it lets you use a picture to try the lenses on your face, I live a state away from my husband and this way he was able to help me pick out the pair, I will use this service forever! I wish this was around when I was kid! Reasonably priced., love.

Answer: I ordered a pair on 3rd Nov and was still waiting on 20 Nov. I canceled them On the 21st. A rep called and convinced me to give them a second chance...big mistake. I gave them a second shot and resubmitted the order on the 21st. The rep assured me that the glasses would be shipped in 6 days. Taking into account Thanksgiving the glasses should have be shipped on the 30th but they were still in production and, again no real customer service. I canceled and drove to America's Best. In 15 minutes I ordered glasses and they were $30.00 less than glassesusa. I don't recommend that company.
