This is a very simple way to get new glasses without paying off the national debt with one purchase. Very easy to use!
The frame came broken. The screw that attaches plastic frame near the nose bridge was missing as well as a piece of the plastic frame broken off next to it. So now the frame moves up and down off the lenses because it is not attached to the wire frame underneath.
Wow! Low Prices, Great Quality and user friendly website! The only thing I do not like is that I am trying to give a good review which they deserve, but it is forcing me to make the review 100 words or more and I really do not have time to type all that, but they are very good, so I am making this special effort, but being forced to type at least 100 words. I ordered a Muse 6644 in bronze and it was perfect. The glasses Ive been looking for. Well shaped frame that hugs my face. Even the prescription was dead on.
I ordered simple 2.25 reading glasses. The Dr's prescription was uploaded on your site. When I received them there was no prescription in the lens. A year later I decided to give you another try. THE EXACT SAME THING HAPPENED. I will not use this company or refer anyone.
I loved the glasses quality when they arrived, but the prescription was wrong and I couldn't see a thing. Easy return process... would buy again with the hopes of them being correct, but not sure its worth the time.
I bought a pare of glasses & never received them, Was told they were not in stock after i had been wiating over a month & then try to see why i have not recieved them, when i was told they were not in stock i recived a sorry & was asked if i wanted to wait or cancel. Was hoping there would be maybe some option to pick out a similar pair or a discount on a pair.

There was some problem getting my order placed, but once that was cleared up, all went well. And they quickly sent a replacement pair coupon when the glasses were dropped and cracked only a month after we got them. That was much appreciated!

I feel as though I was taken advantage of. Your computer said I wasn't putting in the right numbers. I was reading them from the prescription. Got the glasses and wore them for a little while and had such headaches that I could not wear them. Tried again, but this time I didn't pay attention to it. This is the 3 rd time I have written this. Looks as if NO ONE CARES WITH ALL THESES REPEATS.

Terrible customer service, paid for express shipping for it to take longer than normal shipping. I emailed y'all to tell me the same thing that was on the website for tracking the process of glasses. If it would have taken longer than expected, i wouldn't have paid for express. Don't lie to your consumers

I used to work as an optician so I am very picky about my glasses and I was very skeptical about ordering a pair online. I'm glad I took the chance. There were so many great frames to choose from and the prices could not be beat.
After placing my order I received my glasses super fast and get compliments on a daily basis on them. When I tell them how cheap they were and that I ordered them online, nobody believes me. If you're on the fence about ordering, I say hop off and take a chance. You won't be disappointed!

They make you pay another 15$ for your warranty when it comes time to use your "free" replacement. And they are extremely useless unless you talk to a supervisor. And even then. They never go the extra length to satisfy their customers. The glasses are cute but they are fragile. I'm on my fifth pair

I received my pair of glasses in the amount of time they said. Glasses looked great, however they were not quite the size that I was looking for. I have a small face and finding the right size and pair of glasses can be difficult. I knew by ordering online I might have that problem but decided to try anyways. And they said free returns. When I went to send them back it was a breeze. Very easy and I was refunded my money. I would recommend using them!

I have been with this company for many years and have ordered numerous glasses. I usually order at least twice a year for near vision and progressive sets. One year ago my glass prescription was incorrect and it took 3 weeks to get them back corrected. In November of 2018 I placed an order received them and they were the wrong prescription again. My prescription was the same as the year before and they had the photo file of the original. I was leaving for my summer location and called about needing them back within two weeks; the representive was not only disinterested but spoke poor English. I am very unhappy with the service and quality control. I will try them one more time and if I received an incorrect prescription again I will be changing to one of their competitors.

Sadly, they got my order wrong the first time. I was told to put a copy of my prescription in with my return. I did, but they dont seem to have it. Now I have to send it again. That wouldn't have bothered me if they would have contacted me to ask, but I've had to contact them twice to find out both times my order was on hold because they needed information. 2 months and I don't have my order. Disappointed

Answer: Our production times vary between each prescription and lens type we produce. By far our glasses are produced and delivered before the times stated in our shipping policy. In some cases, unfortunately, glasses might not pass quality assurance, which means they need to be remade. This unfortunately means that we have to start again from scratch, but as a rule we do not send out any glasses that did not meet our quality standards. Shipping times are unfortunately mostly beyond our control as we depend upon our carriers to deliver the products in a timely manner. Our delivery department works toe to toe with all of our carriers to make sure our glasses are delivered as promptly as possible. We also offer a variety of shipping options that ensure a faster delivery for any interested customers, but our customers need to keep in mind shipping times do not include production time. Our customer service is available by phone, email, chat and social media around the clock, 24\7. We can be easily reached at any time, including weekends and holidays at all times to answer any questions and concerns. Our dedicated customer service team works around the clock to make sure any and all issues are taken care of. Answer: I ordered a pair on 3rd Nov and was still waiting on 20 Nov. I canceled them On the 21st. A rep called and convinced me to give them a second chance...big mistake. I gave them a second shot and resubmitted the order on the 21st. The rep assured me that the glasses would be shipped in 6 days. Taking into account Thanksgiving the glasses should have be shipped on the 30th but they were still in production and, again no real customer service. I canceled and drove to America's Best. In 15 minutes I ordered glasses and they were $30.00 less than glassesusa. I don't recommend that company.
