I have purchased glasses from this company before my most recent purchase and didn't have an issue. This time around, I bought two pairs that were over $150+ each because i added all the different coatings that this company offered. I received my order and noticed that there was a circle on the lens on both pairs that had (looked like permanent finger prints) on both pairs of the lens part of the glasses. I spoke to someone in returns and they said i would receive full refund when i send them back, although I just wanted the lens to be fixed. After several different emails from explaining the issue over and over again (someone new everytime) i decided to send them back because i was assured (after calling) that the company would be able to replace just the lens and they could do a quick turn around b/c it was their issue not mine. Literally the same day i sent them back I received an email that they wouldnt be able to replace one of my frames because they were out of stock. Now, i am trying to explain that I just need the lens fixed, there was no issue with the frames, and again! No one took talk to with a clear answer, just continuing to offer me a full refund or to email and wait for a response. This is such a disappointment. If anyone from the company reads this feel free to contact me my order is # *******

I got a pair for Christmas ended up costing about $30. Took it to my eye doctor they charged me $80 dollar for my prescribed lens, and that's just regular, no anti relfectant or anything special. I lost those glasses and reordered the same pair and entered my prescription here, came out to $60 with anti reflection and anti scratch. I don't think i'll ever go anywhere else.

I first ordered two pairs of glasses on 1/7/19. They were delivered to me on 1/22/19 as expected which was great. Unfortunately when I tried them both on it was pretty blurry. I believe it may have been my mistake in entering the prescription, and one pair did not fit. I went on the website, corrected my prescription and completed the return/exchange request form-- because I was exchanging both pairs for 2 different reasons i did it the form twice apparently, not realizing it would give me two different shipping labels also. When I went to the post office she stated it was best not to separate the pairs, to keep them in the original packing and just use one shipping label. My glasses were received by the returns department on 1/29. I have used chat, I have emailed and I have called. Customer service has not helped, all they can do is "log a ticket" and forward it on. The returns department is trying to say they have only received ONE pair---when BOTH pairs are in the same box. Just because I did not use both shipping labels? They cannot see that I filled out the exchange form and obviously sent back BOTH pairs? I truly loved the glasses, have heard great things of GlassesUSA and just wanted a simple exchange and it is becoming a nightmare.

I recently visited my local eye doctor to have my eyes checked and after revealing that I am very near sighted, I was given an option to buy glasses there for minimum of $69 a pair for the worst, cheapest pairs of flimsy glasses. For a nice pair that would withstand school, work, and 2 small kids, I would have had to pay upwards of $130 or more. We politely asked for my prescription and left to look elsewhere. My husband found GlassesUSA the next day and so far the experience has been amazing. I was already impressed by the options and the prices, then I saw the try at home option. I can try two glasses of my choice, for free, and pay for only what I like. This site is a wonderful and much needed addition to the eye-care industry. Bravo guys! Truly awesome!

I would give it less then 1 star. I ordered glasses here about 3 weeks ago. I called and checked a few times as to when my glasses would be shipped to me. Every time I called they would give me a date that my glasses were going to be in my possession. It was coming up on this date so I decided to call in again to get an update since I got no email and the lady in the phone proceeded to say that the frames I ordered was out of stock! I ordered these glasses 3 weeks ago and was told they were in production and now they said they are out of stock?! Absolutely furious!

Answer: I got the same B. S. handed to me. After more than double the stated time and lack of response, I cancelled my order and notified my credit card company.

In some cases, unfortunately, glasses might not pass quality assurance, which means they need to be remade. This unfortunately means that we have to start again from scratch, but as a rule we do not send out any glasses that did not meet our quality standards. Shipping times are unfortunately mostly beyond our control as we depend upon our carriers to deliver the products in a timely manner. Our delivery department works toe to toe with all of our carriers to make sure our glasses are delivered as promptly as possible. We also offer a variety of shipping options that ensure a faster delivery for any interested customers, but our customers need to keep in mind shipping times do not include production time. Our customer service is available by phone, email, chat and social media around the clock, 24\7. We can be easily reached at any time, including weekends and holidays at all times to answer any questions and concerns. Our dedicated customer service team works around the clock to make sure any and all issues are taken care of. We are always working on improving all of the above, whether by opening new facilities, working and negotiating our agreements with carriers or expanding our customer service team and making them more efficient. Answer: I ordered a pair on 3rd Nov and was still waiting on 20 Nov. I canceled them On the 21st. A rep called and convinced me to give them a second chance...big mistake. I gave them a second shot and resubmitted the order on the 21st. The rep assured me that the glasses would be shipped in 6 days. Taking into account Thanksgiving the glasses should have be shipped on the 30th but they were still in production and, again no real customer service. I canceled and drove to America's Best. In 15 minutes I ordered glasses and they were $30.00 less than glassesusa. I don't recommend that company.
