Ordering was easy and the discounts are good. This is the second time I have used glasses usa. They send updates on your order all through the process and the quality is great.
I am beyond frustrated and have been waiting patiently for my package to arrive. I spoke with their customer service department and have heard nothing but excuse after excuse. Any logical person would see that the package is lost at this point based on the tracking information.
I am done speaking to someone overseas who cannot do a single thing about this. I want my glasses or a refund so I can order from another vendor. The tracking information has not been updated since February 1st. I have already spoke with DHL and confirmed that I should have received this package no later than February 4th. I spoke with USPS and they agree with DHL. I should have received my order no later than this week.
Every time I ask for an update they continue to blame the weather. Are you kidding me? Is this the normal script of excuses when there is a delay in shipping? The delivery service would even note themselves there was a delay which was not the case.
Their customer service is useless, they don't have the authority to do anything. All they can do is send an email then you have to wait another 1-3 business days to get a contact from someone by email.

I ordered a pair of glasses and they took over a month to get here. When they came they were made with the bifocal wrong. I sent them back and expidited the shipping to 2 days. It took them another month and i kept emailing them but they had no answers for me on why they were taking so long. When i got them they were ok but i will never order from them again.

I was having an issue with placing the order. I then went on the chat button for some help. Let me tell you, it was not helpful at all! Took about an hour to receive an update. I figured it out on my own and I believe it was my fault. I checked the box where it states that the billing and shipping address were the same(they were not).

I lose a lot of my glasses. Cheap glasses usually look terrible so I'm glad I found a place with great deals where I can replace glasses 2 or 3 at a time. The only issue I had was one pair of my glasses had loose lenses that wiggle when I move my head. Not a big deal so I didn't complain about it.

Answer: I ordered a pair on 3rd Nov and was still waiting on 20 Nov. I canceled them On the 21st. A rep called and convinced me to give them a second chance...big mistake. I gave them a second shot and resubmitted the order on the 21st. The rep assured me that the glasses would be shipped in 6 days. Taking into account Thanksgiving the glasses should have be shipped on the 30th but they were still in production and, again no real customer service. I canceled and drove to America's Best. In 15 minutes I ordered glasses and they were $30.00 less than glassesusa. I don't recommend that company.
