I have purchased glasses from this company before my most recent purchase and didn't have an issue. This time around, I bought two pairs that were over $150+ each because i added all the different coatings that this company offered. I received my order and noticed that there was a circle on the lens on both pairs that had (looked like permanent finger prints) on both pairs of the lens part of the glasses. I spoke to someone in returns and they said i would receive full refund when i send them back, although I just wanted the lens to be fixed. After several different emails from explaining the issue over and over again (someone new everytime) i decided to send them back because i was assured (after calling) that the company would be able to replace just the lens and they could do a quick turn around b/c it was their issue not mine. Literally the same day i sent them back I received an email that they wouldnt be able to replace one of my frames because they were out of stock. Now, i am trying to explain that I just need the lens fixed, there was no issue with the frames, and again! No one took talk to with a clear answer, just continuing to offer me a full refund or to email and wait for a response. This is such a disappointment.
