Slow delivery is the only negative comment I have. The glasses are excellent and very lightweight. Frame colors do not match the web colors you have chosen but are close.

The left arm screw was stripped out. Now the arm is loose and the glasses are slipping off my nose. Seems to always be a weak point for glasses. Other than that, I like them. Delivery seemed to be a little stretched out.

They were slow and when the glasses finally arrived they were wrong. I had sent them emails explaining that I wanted transitional lenses and when they came there was no correction at all

I ordered glasses and had some issues with delivery. After several calls and emails to the customer service center that is not in the USA, (glasses USA NOT IN THE USA) the issue was not resolved. Every time I called I was told something different and was never offered a solution. When I FINALLY got the glasses they were decent for the price, no complaints. But the customer service was one of the worst experiences I have had. So as long as you have no issues and don't have to deal with customer service then order... worst customer service EVER... seriously EVER...

Glasses are very uncomfortable! Have had adjustments but still barely able to wear them. They hurt the bridge of my nose something terrible!

Took them 3 months to get me my glasses. The first pair the "sent" magically disappeared meanwhile tracking said it never left the warehouse. Awful customer service not to mention glasses USA, not one person spoke English. Pathetic.

The worse experience ever, horrible customer service, didn't have glasses for 2 months and still never received a refund which I am currently waiting for. Even talked to the supervisor and they said they're working on it and the returns department was lazy and didn't do anything along with waited 2 weeks for them to ship out a pair with the incorrect tracking and finding out from USPS that you never shipped the glasses

One pair of glasses LOST in mail... second pair doesn't stay tight... arms on the glasses expand after wearing 3 days. But due to the lack of True customer Service. I will not take the chance of sending back and losing the $$$ a second time. Won't buy from this company again.

I was extremely skeptical making my first purchase, I thought that the price was to low to receive a quality eyeglass. Well I was wrong and now I'm ordering a second pair. I find the website easy to navigate and customer service very helpful. I used on old pair of glasses that I liked for measurements (found on earpiece) as my starting point for size and was able to find numerous stylish frames for my needs. Answer: I got the same B. S. handed to me. After more than double the stated time and lack of response, I cancelled my order and notified my credit card company.

In some cases, unfortunately, glasses might not pass quality assurance, which means they need to be remade. This unfortunately means that we have to start again from scratch, but as a rule we do not send out any glasses that did not meet our quality standards. Shipping times are unfortunately mostly beyond our control as we depend upon our carriers to deliver the products in a timely manner. Our delivery department works toe to toe with all of our carriers to make sure our glasses are delivered as promptly as possible. We also offer a variety of shipping options that ensure a faster delivery for any interested customers, but our customers need to keep in mind shipping times do not include production time. Our customer service is available by phone, email, chat and social media around the clock, 24\7. We can be easily reached at any time, including weekends and holidays at all times to answer any questions and concerns. Our dedicated customer service team works around the clock to make sure any and all issues are taken care of. Answer: I ordered a pair on 3rd Nov and was still waiting on 20 Nov. I canceled them On the 21st. A rep called and convinced me to give them a second chance...big mistake. I gave them a second shot and resubmitted the order on the 21st. The rep assured me that the glasses would be shipped in 6 days. Taking into account Thanksgiving the glasses should have be shipped on the 30th but they were still in production and, again no real customer service. I canceled and drove to America's Best. In 15 minutes I ordered glasses and they were $30.00 less than glassesusa. I don't recommend that company.
