I ordered 2 pairs of glasses and I've only received 1 of them as of date. I called customer service and they literally never apologized or did anything about it. They said that they forwarded my concern to someone who was in charged of shipping. I still have yet to receive ANY response from them. Not only are they so inefficient, when i called asking where my glasses were they didn't believe me that I haven't received it! Now that I read the reviews, I realized so many people were experiencing the same thing. I even sent emails and pictures of my package and literally on the package it said "1/1 piece." At this point i dont know if i'll ever get my glasses cause I'm afraid it's going to be a "he said she said" situation. I don't know what else to do at this point. I'm highly disappointed and will tell everyone to never order from here. Not to mention, my order was not cheap.

Got 2 of my orders refunded, but still missing $80 worth of the rest of the other orders. Has been over months now and still waiting for the returns to answer my email giving them all the information. Says easy returns but taking forever and probably will never give me my $80 back for glasses they received.

I bought two pairs of glasses from this website. I loved the sunglasses but returned the regular glasses. It's been almost a month and I have not received any kind of refund and I have contacted customer service three times. When they did reach out, they tried to explain that I would only be getting a $10 refund which makes no sense. Very disappointed. Do not return glasses. You will lose your money.

I have been waiting 3 months for an exchange. Nobody seems to know what is going on. I have been told I would hear a response in 2 to 3 days, I never hear anything. I am put on hold for extended periods the replacements I order are out of stock. The language barrier is frustrating. When I ask to speak to a manager they can never find one. Ordered from Payne and received glasses in one week with no issues

They deducted $29.95 after return of progressive (prescription) glasses that did not work for me. No info in advance and no advisory when i talked with cust serve rep. AVOID THESE GUYS.

Answer: I ordered a pair on 3rd Nov and was still waiting on 20 Nov. I canceled them On the 21st. A rep called and convinced me to give them a second chance...big mistake. I gave them a second shot and resubmitted the order on the 21st. The rep assured me that the glasses would be shipped in 6 days. Taking into account Thanksgiving the glasses should have be shipped on the 30th but they were still in production and, again no real customer service. I canceled and drove to America's Best. In 15 minutes I ordered glasses and they were $30.00 less than glassesusa. I don't recommend that company.
