I chose the highest shipping cost because I had an urgent need for delivery. More than a week after the deadline, they sent my order to a central and advised me to withdraw. Many mismatches of information after that, and my purchase supposedly returned. Since then I sent several emails and never had a solution. When they answer, they just ask about my data and never solve it. Now they don't respond anymore. This happened over a year ago. I consider SCAM.and
I used to use this site as my go-to for affordable wigs but I just received the wrong color wig with the right color tag attached like they're trying to pull one over on me. When I went to return, their return policy not only puts the shipping entirely on the customer, there's also a minimum 20% restocking fee which could go up to 50% for arbitrary reasons, AND you have to notify them you're returning the item by a certain amount of days through email so if they don't see your email you're out of luck. This is a Scam with a capital $.
Edit: received an undeliverable email message after using their contact page to contact them about this order so how would they receive any messages about returns? Picture of email attached.
I've been using this site for many years for most of my hair purchases and for those years I was pretty satisfied. Order comes quickly. Customer service responds most of the time quick and efficiently although through email or chat only. I could never get anyone on the phone. However, as of recently I have decided to switch companies because they do not replenish their popular wigs often enough, their inventory is not as plentiful as similar sites. And I find that I'm spending a lot more money with them even with the discounts. I see that their prices are way more expensive for the exact same products so unfortunately they have lost me as a customer.
They created my shipping label same day I made my purchase (they offer same day shipping) but did not take my items to the post office until 4... FOUR days later? Never using them again. Why is it so hard to find a good hair company that doesn't lie, cheat or provide poor customer service? My emails asking about the location of my package went unanswered. Never again. They obviously do not value their customers; so long as your payment goes through.
Bought two wigs on different occasions and both were the wrong wig. Reaching someone by phone or email is impossible. The owner even tried to still 10,000 out my account, they made 9 attempts but my bank blocked them. These people are crooks, scammers and ghetto as all out doors. Their business is a house, they buy misc wigs from stores and when you make a purchase whatever they have on hand you'll get even if it's not what you ordered. Not sure why this person hasn't been arrested for fraud. They probably don't even have a business license and should be put under investigation.
Bought 3 wigs and didn't like them nothing like the picture. Called and emailed glamourtress several times to return the wigs but no response. The customer service is very unreliable. I buy from other companies and have never had any issues. Had to give the wigs away.
Glamourtress is an Asian business which has not adopted the American business model. They don't accept returns, offer exchanges or refunds. They lack integrity, their products are of poor quality and customer satisfaction is nonexistent. Repeat business is not a priority.
I ordered two wigs in medium brown. I received jet black in both styles. When I contacted them to correct the problem, they pretended they did not understand the issue. I contacted the BBB and after four months, they ultimately refused to correct their error. As a result of this experience, I intend to boycott all Asian hair and beauty supply businesses.
I ordered 3 items from them. 2 were fine. One was not... I was installing a lace front on a customer. Cut the lace and when applied noticed the scalp was EXTREMELY wide (like someone had plucked it). Unfortunately I could not do the install and had a very unsatisfied customer. I emailed customer service. You could return as long as in same condition. Based on the the situation that was not possible. Offered to send pictures. Good Customer Service would have sent a replacement. You could see from the time it arrived and the time I emailed them (immediately), the wig arrived that way. When I tried to reach them again, no response. First and last time using them.
I order my package around november 23rd i have proof of my purchase and everything i emailed them they said my package is still "processing "it's been 6 days. I emailed them never got a response back. This site is most likely a scam. I know things have been slowed down because of covid. But i've ordered from 4 other places and all of them have shipped. I'm a broke college student so none of this helps. Save your money and go purchase somewhere else.
Upon receiving my order, I called customer service (several times) to place an Order Return Request, but my calls were automatically disconnected after 3 - 4 rings. I also sent several emails to them, but never received a response, so it appears that I'm stuck with an order I don't want.
This site does not deserve a 1 star rating and should be PERMANENTLY SHUT DOWN!
I see glamour tress (she) still doing their (her) customers wrong, please believe the horrible reviews, they are true, don't order from this company (person) unless you enjoy giving away your hard earned money. It appears to be based out of someone's home and not at all professional. Once you call with a complaint, they (she) block your number that's why you can't get through and I know that all too well. The bad experiences 100% outweighs the lucky 2 or 3 they (she) miraculously let slip through. Your customers fulfilled their end of the transaction by ordering and paying, now you should fulfill your end of the transaction by sending the correct items ordered new and unused, and if you make an error, keep your customers coming back by correcting your error and everyone remains happy, so simple but yet so effective.
They are a wig company that sells you used wigs without your knowledge while advertising them as brand new. They will not take back these wigs ir reimburse your money - even though you have received a completely unusable product. Terrible customer care and service. Worst experience ever!
My package was delivered to the wrong address and stolen. They refused to help me or offer any compensation even though package was insured. In addition they would not respond after first email, with multiple attempts and phone calls. Free 100 bucks for them.
I use to buy from this site everyday wigs and my biggest problem was that they got so ratty and tangled after like 2 uses out of them so when I looked up other wig sites I found glamourtress and I swear I am in love! They're wigs no matter what brand is such high quality hair for such a low price. My mom started buying wigs from here too and they last so long! I buy from them so frequently and so many different brands their all great.
I ordered some products and received an email with confirmation of the charge. Four days later while reconciling my bank account I noticed a credit. I called customer service for two days and finally got a person who informed me they were out of the product; although they never sent me an emailing stating this. I re-ordered the items and receive another email confirming my purchased. Two weeks later... no email tracking information, called customer service NO ANSWER AND VOICE MAIL IS FULL! I've been charged for products I have not received. DON'T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY purchase your product and hair else where. Hope this helps.

I originally was referred to this company because of their quick shipping. I live in Georgia (same state as GlamourTress). A year ago, I could place an order on Monday and have it in my hand by Wednesday. For the past few months, when I place an order on a Monday, it usually takes 8 days to receive! Unbelievable. When an order is placed, I get a tracking number immediately, however, it stays in "Pre-Shipment" status for 4-5 days. Unacceptable. Go elsewhere... not worth it!
I've ordered from this website a few times, and I've always been super happy with my purchases! Never received anything damaged, never had an issue with shipping, and you cannot beat the prices. And they're always running some sort of promo deal, on top of their great pricing.
Placed order friday the 25, package arrived this morning around 11: am monday the 27 i"m very pleased with this time frame, also contents of the package or exactly what i ordered! Prices better than many.
Very impressive with Glamourtress! This was my very first experience ordering a wig online, I was a little nervous but I'm glad I did with this company. First, I ordered Wednesday and it was here in 2 days- with regular shipping! Nice surprise. And the hair is Beautiful. I was trying not to have high expectations being that I ordered a synthetic wig, but boy was I wrong! This wig is beautiful. Nice quality hair, bery light weight even with the curls. And that lace makes it look super natural. Thanks glamourtress, we shall be doing business away real soon!
