I ordered some products and received an email with confirmation of the charge. Four days later while reconciling my bank account I noticed a credit. I called customer service for two days and finally got a person who informed me they were out of the product; although they never sent me an emailing stating this. I re-ordered the items and receive another email confirming my purchased. Two weeks later... no email tracking information, called customer service NO ANSWER AND VOICE MAIL IS FULL! I've been charged for products I have not received. DON'T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY purchase your product and hair else where. Hope this helps.
