They deleted my original review. They're scam artist they sold me "human" that lasted 2 days before it started matting and shedding UNCONTROLLABLY. The original company was noblesse. Ive had it before and they seem to have copied the name which was poorly done. It was not at all what ive had before.
I was sent a wrong item over a month ago and I contacted glamourtress immediately. I was asked to send copy of invoice and picture of item that was shipped. I asked for a return label to send back for correct item. I was asked would I like to keep the wrong item that was shipped and I said no. I'd like what I paid for. I never heard back. I contacted customer service again and was told that they would have to contact management. I responded and ask wasn't that was customer service for to respond to customer complaints. I never heard back nor received a return shipping label. This is very bad business and I will NEVER purchase anything from them again.
Don't order. I returned the wig the day I received it and they took my money. All I wanted was another color, plus I was going to order another wig and they took my money with no product. DON'T ORDER
I ordered hair from glamourtress and the hair seemed used and disgusting and was really matted so of course i'm going write a review about it stating others to be careful and not buy the hair. But as soon as i submitted the review it said it was a 3/5 because it was me and some other girl who rated the hair (she rated it a 5. And i rated it a 1 it's called TABIA) so i was like OK cool. So a day passes by and i go to their page and my review is GONE! It's gone! So they deleted my review! I re-write my review again and the next day what happens? It deleted! Who knows how other many bad reviews there were! They scamxand delete bad reviews so that they can make money! Do NOT purchase from this company.
Customer service is AWFUL received a package with missing items contacted them regarding this issue it's been over a week and no updates. They DONT answer the phone and tell u to email them which is faster way of communication that is a lie it's been 5 days since my last email still no response will be disputing this order with my bank and will not be ordering from their site again!
Claimed my package got lost in the mail but it's really that they sent me. I really dint know how, the wrong wig. They gave me two $#*!ty short lace front wigs that isn't my taste. If anyone wants them or got their order mixed up too with mine let me know. Bobbi Boss Mlf163 Shadow. And Hania freetress Equal. Both lace front and deep L part. I bought Brielle. A drcrd color. One wig. How tf do you mess that up!?
I had placed a very large order for my grandma, mother and myself. My order was almost $500. I had to call over 47 because no one would answer the phone. After finally get an answer I spoke with a manager who accused me of fraud and continue to yell and be completely rude. After his unprofessional remarks I asked him to speak to his manager, were he hung up on me. I have worked in customer service for 5 years and never had such a horrible time. I would NEVER RECOMMEND THIS WEBSITE OR COMPANY.
Do yourself a favor, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE! All I can say is that I had to contact the Attorney General, the Justice Dept, and the Postmaster General and my bank! These are LIARS! Everything went wrong. I just received the another package of the same item! I DID NOT wear the wig! Wrong style and wrong color! Cheap bastards and I am VERY ANGRY! I've order from this company several times over the years and have never had an issue until now. I order QTY 3 of the Saga clip hair and only received one bag. I tried to reach out to them by phone but keep getting a fast busy. They responded to my email to clarify what I received and I never heard from them again. This was no error, I believe they were sold out of the hair but decided to try and keep my money. I'm currently disputing the charges and will NEVER order from them again! Shame on them and their fraudulent practices, THEY DON'T DESERVE THE ONE START I HAD TO GIVE THEM! RUN SAVE YOURSELF THE TIME AND HASSLE!

Ordered 5 pair lashes. They snt 5 wrong lashes. Haven't heard from them nor have i got my right product
I've ordered several times and the items I ordered looked just like the picture and I received my orders in a timely fashion. I have never had a problem with this company.

Ordered 2 wigs from them. I made sure I read their refund policy because I was certain that I prob will be returning 1 of the wigs.
Time for return, I made contact with them within 4 business days, and mailed it back in time.
Two weeks later, I see the wig I returned has been mailed back to me. I opened it and the wig is in its wrapping and all they wrote on the receipt was "NO". No other explanation.
I emailed to resolve the matter and that's when they started weaving their web of lies.
1) They claim it was not shipped back in the original condition and can not be resold. - Lies.
I inquired further and they told me that I had not included the net for the hair in the package.
BUT the returned wig they shipped back to me had a hair net on it. So who put that net there? Granted if I sent something back in damaged/poor condition, you can convince me better if you sent it back the way you received it. You don't "repair" it and send it back to me. Where is the proof it was ever damaged?
They claimed "they" placed the hair net back on, in order to send it back to me!
How does that make sense?
2nd lie- They claimed I had placed a wig cap ON the hair instead of a hair net
Now we all know how tight wig caps are. I purchased a full wig. How in the world and why in the world would I jam a full wig into wig cap and send it back?
I exchanged several emails with them and it just seemed like they wanted to embellish and speak alternate facts.
Wish i had read other reviews of their customer service process before ordering from them. Buyer Beware.
I ordered my items on Friday and received them on Monday. This is my second time ordering from GlamourTress and I haven't had any problems with my wigs or the shipping.
I was able to speak with customer service to assist with my order,; they were very professional and helpful, The three wigs arrived even sooner than promised, They were in excellent condition, I know they hadn't been used because I cut the lace on my synthetics myself, My friend recommended this company because they are cheaper than in stores, I now recommend Glamoutress to you, I kid you not,

I bought a wig due that I'm taking chemo therapy and when I bought it, it never stated final sale. This is upmost robbery of a company. I never bought anything online that I haven't tried on, so why would I buy a wig on final sale.
The wig had a big gap of no hair in the front, in which you can't part to cover it, so I ask them to change it or I'll return it for my money back.
The wig is from Bobbi Boss human hair.

So as you can see, that wide partying is a defective wig. You can't hide that wide partying that has no hair. Unbelievable! Now I have to go to The American Cancer Society so they can help get me a free wig because I can't afford it at this time. Thanks to Glamourtress...
I ordered hair items Feb/28/20 at "26" inches received all "20" inches the packages clearly stated "20" however we all make mistakes so I reached out to customer service via phone multiple times NO Answer so I emailed and sent photographs for evidence! The Next day was told someone in the office will send me a return label at the end of the day. So I receive the return Label go to postal service the next morning waited in a Long line just to be told Glamourtress sent the wrong weight of wrong label! So i left the post office! Emailed GlamourTress Again Apparently you can't call Customer Service to Get Service if you do you will be told to WAIT Into the End of the Day to be contacted by the person who is in charge in office ONLY this is ABSURD! I asked to speak with a Manger nothing I just received again another wrong label weight. March/9/20 have No answers about my previous order Out of Money and Wrong items sent to me! GlamourTress.com handle every customer with care because I'm the type of customer if I receive good customer service I'm Loyal and will keep coming back for future purchases This is very Unprofessional!
