BUYERS BEWARE — This company is an absolute scam.
I am extremely disappointed and appalled by my experience with UNICE Hair. When I first purchased the hair, the company begged me to leave a good review in exchange for a discount. That should have been my first red flag — reputable companies don't pressure customers for positive reviews before the product even arrives. Unfortunately, that early sign proved true.
Not only did I not receive my purchased and promised package by the estimated date, but when I contacted the company, they admitted the delay was their fault and promised to immediately re-issue the order. I explained that I had a major event and my birthday coming up, and that I urgently needed the hair. They apologized and stated they would compensate me $50 and overnight the replacement shipment.
None of those promises were honored.
I never received the hair, it was never overnighted, and they continued to provide a bogus tracking number showing the package had never left their warehouse for over two weeks. Because of their dishonesty, I missed my hair appointment, my event, and my birthday preparation entirely.
Adding insult to injury, after all the delays, lies, and inconvenience, they then offered me $15 as compensation — on a $250+ purchase. That is not even 10% of the cost and is completely unacceptable.
I have since reported this situation to my credit card's legal team, and I strongly advise others: do NOT purchase from UNICE Hair. This company has proven to be dishonest, unreliable, and deceptive.
I have all documentation, including over 24 conversations with their representatives. They repeatedly admitted fault, yet did absolutely nothing to resolve the issue. In my professional field, I work daily with high-end corporations, and I have never encountered customer service this negligent, evasive, and misleading.
Save yourself the time, money, and frustration. Buyers, beware — UNICE is not a trustworthy or reputable company.
The lace itself is good. The hair sheds very bad, the wigs rip easily, the shipping is 20 days plus if you ever receive your order. I placed an order on March 13,2025. The wig last updated in Doraville, GA where the shipping completely stopped no update. The company continued over and over to tell me to wait 7 bs days. Here we are 8 Months later and we still do not have the HAIR OR A REFUND. I got scammed and I suggest every one reports this company to the BBB. It is not trustworthy and is 100 percent a scam.

MY FIRST TIME TRYING THIS COMPANY AND WIG. I HOPE IT'S EVERYTHING AND MORE
Hunny I'll be honest I was skeptical at first but because I kept seeing the addds OVER AND OVER again I went ahead and gave it a try. And when I tell you I'm SOOOOOOOO glad I tried it. This hair is so bomb it deserves a video review (which I will do) not just a comment review, because the hair is reviewing baby ok. Full, think, silky, and sexy just how I hoped for. I only had it on for about 17 hours and already received compliments after compliment. I already referred 7 people to the website where 2 already purchased, so y'all know this hair is amazingly beautiful. And did I mention it came a day earlier than the expected delivery date! I honestly want to be an ambassador because this hair is truly amazing and NICEEEEEEEE.
The shopping experience was easy. The customer service was great when I reached out about an issue. The hair delivery was pretty fast for standard delivery. Loved the hairs when they came, was exactly as seen. Overall it was a good experience shopping UNice Hair.
