The hair arrived in a lovely pink and clear bag with straps. A free comb/brush combo and a melting band, as well as a wig cap. The wig also came with a band so it's very secure. The most expensive, soft beautiful lace front ever.

Be careful not to cut the bangs too short. Other than that the wig came curled nicely and ready to go. The only thing you have to do is cut the lace, peel off the tape and press it down and you have a whole style. Very happy with this wig can't wait to wear it somewhere fancy lol
Although I purchased a different colour, I was opted to change it due to concerns that it wasn't no time frame of when it would be delivered. However, I decided to get a different colour (black) specifically because the colour I requested was not achievable. I received the hair today and love the length, but I'm concerned if it's actually virgin hair. It feels synthetic, but I'll have a test done to see if I can flat iron it. I guess I can see the hair feels nice, but as a new client, I'm not sure if I'll purchase again because it wasn't the hair I originally ordered, and that alone gave me a red flag. I'll do another review once I wear the hair.
I brought a wig from Unice, they sent the wrong length I have been trying to reach someone from customer service since March 21, not one person has got back to me. No reply at all, terrible customer service. And the fact that they wont acknowledge my email. Is terrible. I have sent over 10 emails back to back. And no answer.
I am happy to receive the wig, delivery was fast and easy to track. It's lovely, the unit is little more blonde than brown as advertised and a lot smaller/tighter fit then I thought it would be but I'll get used to it. The ordering process was a bit lengthy and it took multiple attempts to order it through Klarna UK. But overall, I'm happy with my purchase and would order again.

Your website says by one wig get one free. How? Website doesn't explain how. I also wanted to order extra Pull tab with order there was no options for my wig of choice.
After spending close to $100 they sent email saying the wig is not available it will take 30 days to make…WHAT? And I also I also wanted the BOGO deal but one wig was removed from order they told I didn't use the right code. So after several emails, text and threats I finally received my product! It was super upsetting and I'm a first timer here. They need someone who speaks fluent English and not try to come up or scam anyone. I had to tell the truth

I looks like the pic I'm very pleased I have a small head so the wig puch on top like alittle extra room I guess after I wear it for awhile hopefully it will flatten out but I love it
Product came in a few days very well packaged. Unfortunately my wig was too dark and I had to return it and the return process is not very easy.

The site i'm not happy with the site pushing to get the app. I did not find this site via app. I want to just make an order. Receive updates on the order by way of email period I would make purchases again because the merchandise is good.but payment route not user friendly.
Every experience I've had with UNICE is great.
