I was sent a wrong item over a month ago and I contacted glamourtress immediately. I was asked to send copy of invoice and picture of item that was shipped. I asked for a return label to send back for correct item. I was asked would I like to keep the wrong item that was shipped and I said no. I'd like what I paid for. I never heard back. I contacted customer service again and was told that they would have to contact management. I responded and ask wasn't that was customer service for to respond to customer complaints. I never heard back nor received a return shipping label. This is very bad business and I will NEVER purchase anything from them again.
