The number on their website just rang until I was disconnected. My email was returned with no explanation. HOW CAN I REACH CUSTOMER SERVICE??!?

Answer:
I had to email and wait for a response! I never got through on the phone! I think it is a personal phone. Check the email address again. I just sent another one that I also posted to this site. Good luck!
