I sent you 3.8 kilograms of hair to make full lace wigs. You are not responding to my either by whats app or alibaba trade manager. You claim that you have finished my order using the hair we sent but you showing different products and not what we ordered. So we requested to show our ready hair products in whatsapp video so we can see our hair products live and make sure its done as per our agreement. How ever after requesting for video chat you started not to respond, you even used to use abusive words ( i will attache screen shot). Then you said it will cost 10$ to do a video chat to see my hair products, why should we pay 10$ to see my hair products.

If made us to lose the confidence and trust on your company by showing different products as our products which we never ordered to make using our hair we sent to you. You are trying steal our high quality hair and give some scrap. We order to make glueless full lace wig however you have are showing pu wig.
