I bought a digital gift card online. I waited and waited for it to get delivered. Finally I got an email saying my order was canceled! I checked my credit card and sure enough they had taken my money! Still waiting for it to be returned. Now I have to wait god knows how long to get the money back so I can purchase elsewhere.

Placed an order on line and they do not have the order in their system now. Attempted to contact them via their contact us site with no result. Will now have to contact my credit card company and the WA AG to report the fraud
I was using this service for one and half years and they are giving good service in this gaming area. They are providing more games for very affordable price. Even they give offers for their customers and therefore it is very happy to use. This is a great website for games.
This website scam me! I'm a seller and a buyer at this website. But I mostly sells things like gift card. My ACCOUNT GOT "SUSPENDED" for no reason. I have contacted their email support. And I haven't hear from them yet. If they don't respond within 2 weeks. I will report your website to website scam association. And they can shut down your website. I will also report to law enforcement. I have $160 in my gameflip account from selling amazon gift card. I have a 100% positive rating! And my buyers always trust me. I never gives out bad codes. I wouldn't recommen this website to anyone because if you have large amount of money in you gameflip account they will most likely suspend you. I think that's why they suspend me. Now they probably searching for a reason, "why" SCAM COMPANY!
I purchased Samsung Monitor. Received yesterday and it's damaged. They didn't accept in store return and told me to call Samsung customer service. I called them and they asking for repair charge for the monitor.
I paid $300 and now I am in trouble.
I bought two gifts cards off of the game stop website because i wasnt able to buy them in the store, so i bought them online and when i went to redeem them, they were already used and my son was upset that he couldnt get the game that he wanted and i am now out $70. I messaged them and they wont help me and i also messaged steam and they wont help me even though i had proof of the times and the orders and when they were redeemed, and it saying that they were already used. I will never be buying anything from game stop or steam again. I have closed my accounts and will be leaving a review like this on steam as well. This is total bull that no one will help me when they said they would and that they could.
I love having new games to play and owning them. I always go to gamestop for my games and if I beat them I just trade them in for cash and by new ones! I Sometimes order online if I'm buying in advance or don't feel like going to the store to get a certain game. So if it gaming equipment or, games I go to GameStop.
GameStop is the #1 place to buy games. GameStop sells new or pre-owned games. This is good because you have the option to buy a game that is more expensive, but in better condition, or a game that is less expensive, and in worse condition, but still the same game. Also, they have a wide variety of platforms. If you have pretty much any system that is fairly new, they will most likely have the games. Finally, they're service is excellent. The people who work there will always try to help and they have excellent knowledge about a plethora of games. If you're looking for a game, GameStop is the place to go.
Pitiful. I ordered the PS4 Collectors Edition of Elden Ring last year form GameStop.com. Today, I received a standard edition PS5 copy of the game. I chatted in with customer service through their site to get this resolved. Instead, I was told they could not get the item I ordered anymore and would not refund me the over $200 I paid until I return this $60 incorrect item. Worst retail experience I have ever had online.
Game stop will sell you a game for $50, then turn around and try and buy it from you for $2. This is sickening, and it makes for bad business reviews like this one. At the end of the day, even a pawn shop will give you a loan for the value of the merchandise. It's obvious, if I am trying to sell you a game that I either need the money, or I want to get back in value close to what I paid for the game.

Twice I ordered a Samsung Galaxy tab s 10.5" from the online store which was listed as being in stock at the time of purchase. On the first occasion, the order was cancelled because the item being out of stock. I thought, fair enough, a minor mistake on the website. Subsequently, the item was then correctly displayed as out of stock. Days later it shows up back in stock on the website and so naturally, I thought that they must have ordered more in. I proceded to order once more only for the exact same thing to happen! I now have to wait for the money to go back into my bank account as a result of a needless mistake that was made twice!
My games never came! FedEx never received them. GameStop told me to wait 8 days for a replacement. On the 8th day they tell me I have to wait for the case to be reviewed for an additional 3-5 days! This is ridiculous! Ended up placing another order because I didn't want to miss the sale prices and the "new" games were used. Not sealed and disk is scratched. NEVER AGAIN and I spend a lot of money on games for my family. I will not be renewing my pro membership next year. BUY FROM SOMEWHERE ELSE!
I've been to GameStop on and off their very helpful and patience I've never had an issue there and if a game wasn't working right which only happened once they exchanged it for a new one of the same game that wasn't working for me. They seem to always be on point when ever I get a chance to go there I love the store and their very nice huge bonus in my book
So I purchased a set of headphones for my nephew for Christmas and he ended up trying them out and not really liking them that much, so he decided to spend some money on a better pair. GameStops return policy doesn't allow for anything that's been opened to be returned. Even if everything is still there and in perfect condition, the box all instructions bags it came in and twisty ties for the wires. I've never experienced this with any other store, so I asked them if I sell them on Ebay will the one year warranty follow the product? Again to my surprise he said no it would have to be me that brings them in if anything goes wrong. I will never be shopping with GameStop ever again! I highly recommend to anyone that's in the market for any new gaming equipment to give their business to a place that ACTUALLY ALLOWS RETURNS if the item doesn't meet their expectations! BestBuy, Target, even Walmart all have far better return policies. My advice is to steer clear of GameStop and their horrible return policies!
When I try calling to see how much I could get in cash or store credit for my games or items they tell me to look at the website for prices there big ripoffs with the games my son bought the old call of duty Ghost when it for came out we paid in payment till it was paid off well when he passed the whole game we took it back and got less then 20$ which that's messed up.
Ordered a PS5 from their website a couple of weeks ago and they sent me an extra game that I didn't order. I reached out to them as I was worried they might charge me for it. They said it was their fault and I could keep the game free of charged. Very impressed and my son was over the moon!
