Ordered an XBox & finally got my hands on one after months. Gamestop shipped out via Fedex, and mysteriously the unit was sent back to them for unknown reasons. Gamestop very apologetic ships out another via Fedex again, ensuring I will get my order! Fedex loses again! Gamestop then cancels my order & refunds my $. Hello... at this point, I don't want my $. I placed an order and it should be fulfilled, even if I have to be placed on a backorder status! Gamestop will not do this for XBox, PS5 etc. Why?
I should not have to wait months again and wait online to beat these bots when I fairly placed an order and Gamestop & Fedex messed up not once, but twice on my order! This should be an embarassment for Gamestop and they should do everything in their power to ensure they make it right. That is real customer service!
I placed an order online and paid with paypal. A few days later the order was cancelled and a hold was placed on my paypal account. I called customer service and Nestor said he would reenter the order and I paid with a credit card this time. A few days later I received an email that said my order was cancelled again. I called customer service and Sami said my order was cancelled for security reasons. She said I could wait a few hours and place my order again. Why would I want to do that? Each order was for 2 pcs of Fire Stick w TV controls at the great price of $28. Each ($12. Less each than any other website) Sami confirmed that they were in stock. What's up Gamestop?
I love going to gamestop.com and just buying some necessary and useful items for my PS4 and computer they have all the things, I need like headsets, PS4 controllers, and tons of more things. Super handy!
You can find used electronics like video games and ipods, tablets at a bargain price. Most be careful and read many are scratch and kind of old, but they have some kind of guarantee so if you take your time looking you can find a bargain.
If you like video games this is a great place to start. They have people qualified for any question you have. The good thing is that they probably hire people who play so they can tell you if a game is worth the play or don't bother. If you buy a used game ( cause they sell new and used game), you can try it out for, I'm not sure if it's 8 days or so, and if you didn't like it you can exchange it for another game or get your money back. But, if you buy a new one you can't, you can sell it to them and they give you store credit to buy yourself another game. You can buy game consoles, joysticks, controllers, chargers, even little video game action figures... well almost anything that has to do with video games. Some GameStops, if you're lucky, have the old school video games and games ( atari, nintendo, sega genesis, etc). The great thing about shopping in the store is that you can ask questions.

I love GameStop, they have allot of great games. I like playing Grand Theft Auto 5, and Call of Duty also Gears Of War and God Of War they really entertain me allot. I can just sit at home and play them all night before bed on the day time if i dont have to work. The online is amazing
First off GameStop sells things they dont even have. I camped out for 11 hours in the cold to get an xbox when they didnt even have one like they said they would. Instead they gave out little paper slips to the first people in line. I SHOULD have gotten a slip exept the employee handing them out just gave them to whoever he saw. There were these for ladies apparently sisters that dont live in the same household. ( one console per household rule) and they were not all adults they jipped so many people and got a full 4 slips for xbox. One of them was literally 12 so i doubt she lives alone bc she called the other lady "MOM". So this employee did a AWFUL job. This is why i am giving them a 1 star review even though i would rather give 0 stars... sorry gamestop u just lost a customer
Want to share my experience with the purchase of Nintendo Switch OLED at GameStop. This is an upgrade worth considering for any Nintendo fan. The OLED screen is a noticeable improvement, making gaming experience more immersive and colorful. The redesigned audio also improves gameplay. However, battery life could be better, as it drains pretty quickly. Ordering from GameStop's website was simple and fast. Delivery was prompt, and the product arrived safe and sound.
I purchased a Nintendo Switch Pikachu bundle on November 26th of 2021 on their online store. When I received my package, I did not get the console or the Pickachu bag. I called them up on December 22 and they said they would contact me soon (it was a Christmas gift). They did not answer to any of my follow up emails and ended giving me a reply on the 17th of January (almost 2 months after they took my money and a month after I called) saying my console was delivered. Look at the pictures of the package they sent. I lost 370 dollars on this purchase and will never buy anything from them again. Please read this and avoid purchasing there at all cost! The worst thing is that I sent these pictures to them and they still claim it was sent. The Nintendo Switch box would never fit in that tiny bag.
My 8 year old daughter was supposed to get a Nintendo Switch for Christmas and this company stole her gift! Never trusting this company again.

Attempted to purchase a iPhone 12 pro Max on January 2nd. When I originally purchased the product it said it would be delivered within 3 days. I kept checking GameStop and it kept saying waiting on product. So I started contacting them on January 8th to find out what the status is but nobody could give me an answer. I sent multiple emails and still nobody can give me a answer on to why my product hasn't shipped. One girl actually said it looks like we have them in stock I don't know why it hasn't shipped! After 10 days I Finally canceled my order and ordered straight through apple. My phone was here in 2 days! Never again GameStop! I'd rather pay a little more to get a very good product and have it sent as promised. Take responsibility for your customers and you might just have more customers! I placed an order on Nov. 29th, as gifts for Christmas. I received 3 out of 4 explaining the 4th would be shipped separately. After no communication with a valid tracking number I called CS on Dec. 8 th. I was told they were filling a lost in transit claim and would be sending a replacement in plenty of time for Christmas. Today is Dec. 14th, another call to CS to be told until the investigation with FedEx is done they can not send me a replacement. Again I was told I have to wait. They are able to verify that the package is just sitting in a FedEx Hub, but I have to wait and hope someone does their job efficiently. I did my job, I paid for the order in time for Christmas. Should I just put an IOU?
I ordered two games, I was notified that they were delivered, except nothing showed up, then I checked the order and they were delivered to a previous address that I haven't lived at for over 15 years. My billing address was correct and where it should have been shipped, but it switched my shipping to some other address. The person who lived there said nothing was delivered, I emailed Gamestop and after a few days with no reply, I called them, I was told they would ship a replacement to the correct address, then a week later I got a reply to my email and they said they wouldn't send me a replacement. No refund, no games, and still not replying to my further questions. I will never order from Gamestop again.
I ordered a online game card. I recieved an order number and it stated an email was sent with confirmation. No e-mail sent. The credit card was charged for the purchase. The lady told me oh we having problems with the website your order is in limbo. She said I start canceling your order. She said it take 5-7 days to get your money. I said will you send an e-mail confirming the cancelation and refund. Oh no she says I will give you a ticket number. What has happened to Gamestop! I ordered online game cards from them in the past but been quite a few months but come on Gamestop. Don't accept orders if your having issues with the website.
I purchased a gift certificate for my Grandson on 02/06/23 for his Birthday which was 02/08/23. I was told it would be delivered in 24 hours well it's 02/09/23 and it still has not hit my daughters email. I've tried to cancel my order but the site says "an error has occurred". I've now been on hold for 20 minutes. I will NEVER order ANYTHING from this company again! It is EXTREMELY frustrating!
I bought a second hand Ps5 game for $25.
I just received it in the mail, I couldn't use it because I was going on a family trip for a few days, when I got back a week later and went to use the game, it didn't work and gave error.
After checking it well I realized that it was broken in the reading part and that's why it didn't work.
When I contacted the customer service and asked for a refund they told me that the return period is only 7 days and that it had expired and they were not going to refund the money or exchange the product.
I think they should check that the games they sell work and if they don't, they should attend to customer complaints.
I think they may do it intentionally to get defective product.
I do not recommend at all co for products in this online store, also the prices are similar to the PlayStation store.
The sent me a completely wrong order a week ago. I called &advised immediately. They said they would rush out the correct order. NOW they are saying they did not and forgot to send the lable to return their mistake. Not my error! Once again theirs. I no longer need the order I purchased it elsewhere. They will not allow me to cancel my original order and will not refund. Their answers are inconsistent. They are unprofessional and an absolute mess.
