FedEx delivered package outside apartment building instead of inside. Front door is located inside the building. Someone stole the package and GameStop refuses to give me a refund. I did everything I asked I made a complaint to FedEx. I even did a police report as requested. Only for them to tell me that I won't get a refund at all, but they could've just told me this a month ago when I initially contacted them. Will never be their customer again after 27 years.
