I waited to review this until I used it for a while because I've been having some serious issues with my truck. Between the tipum and the ECM. This rebuilt ECM operates as it should and. Was a decent value. It took a little time to ship, but. Not too long.

They claim 7-10 business days for shipping, I waited over 3 weeks for shipping. Keep in mind the return policy states return is 30 days of purchase date, Appeared to be be a salvage pulled product. Also they charge a 20% restock fee for all returns. Warranty also is only good for a 1 time use. Flagship One used to be a decent reputable company but they seem to have lost that. Update: FlagshipOne has reached back out to me in regards to this offering a waiver for programming. Only giving 4 stars cause Amy C was very polite and helpful.
This is the second PCM i have purchased from FLAGSHIP ONE & they have been excellent, making sure you are getting the correct PCM and also getting it shipped to you on a timely matter.
Its been plug & play with each PCM i have purchased from them.
I haven't received my part or gotten a single call back. This experience has been absolutely devastating. Everybody at your company is nice and I have no problem with anyone. Although three times over the weeks I've been told someone would call me back. The lack of communication is the second biggest problem other the me not getting what I paid for. At this point this entire situation is ridiculous.
Wait was kinda long but overall great service. I know u take extra time to make sure all the components are on que and all. U guys rock

My 2005 PT cruiser GT was giving me a hard time trying to clear the PO135 code for the oxygen sensor heater circuit. I changed oxygen sensors and the code came back instantly. After I traced the problem back to the computer. A friend at local Dodge dealership recommended the company he uses. Flagship. And after a short wait for the rebuilt computer my PT cruiser is back on the road.
It was easy to order especially because they had all of my information from the last one I had ordered. The company shouldn't advertise a lifetime warranty when they won't even talk to you about it and what it is doing. They just make you fill out a paper. I ordered another computer because they had my information and it's cheap and hopefully I can get a few years out of it and then junk out the car. If I can get 4 or 5 years out of this one, then that will be fine.
This was our second rebuilt computer. It worked perfect to restore my 2004 Dodge Ram pickup to running perfect. Thank you so much.
Over the years I've used Flagship One to replace ECM's, the service is great, you can call them directly if you have an issue, the team is very knowledgeable. The part is a greatly restored OEM ECM, that comes with actual detailed instructions unlike many products that I order now days. Overall Flagship One is filled with great people to do business with, not to mention the beautiful spokesperson that does they're commercials and adds, she got my attention.
Order a computer for my Nissan and it came in the mail programed and ready to go. Shipping time was a little slower then I liked but overall great place to buy the computer you need
Difficulty getting the keys to program to the PCM. When I called Flagship customer service the girl was polite and went out of her way to help find a locksmith in my area that could program the keys.
My IDM in my truck went out and wouldn't fire anymore, but I ordered one from Flagship One, and was glad it worked. The time it takes to get to you is lengthy, but it's definitely worth the wait. My truck has never ran so good.
Replace the fuel injector control, module, and the ECM now 6.0 runs like brand thanks!
Called and gave my vin number and paid over the phone. Got computer in the mail, took it to locksmith unhooked battery first and installed computer myself and then locksmith scanned car for skim code and 5 minutes later it started right up and no more problems.
I was worried about the computer for my Mustang and if it would fit. Your agent really helped me because she corrected my order and gave me the right computer. She matched my VIN to my Mustang. That certainly saved me a lot of time, and my mechanic just inserted the new computer yesterday and it fits perfectly. Thank you! It makes me feel confident to order from your company again if needed.

My experience to order was very good. She was very helpful and friendly and good fed back on my order was good. But it ended up being a broken wire.
